Location was close to the train and taxi stand
Rooms very small but what can one expect
Walking distance to metro, convenient store, McDonald's, and restaurants
Tiny shower/ toilet combo.
Good room size for one person. Great location and the price was reasonable
Bathroom too small. Had to sit on toilet to have a shower.
Good location, near MTR : Yau Ma Tei, Exit C.
Very small bathroom.
very near to MRT.
bathroom is too small for single room, no even space to stand when taking shower, which I have to sit on the toilet bowl.
I like the stuff.they're very nice and provide good accommodation. I also like the place.it is very accessible to any places you want to go. Taxis, busses and train station, and also restaurants are just right there. Its like, when you get out of the hotel, everything you need is in there already. As a first timer in Hongkong, I really enjoyed my stay at Casa hotel. I am looking forward to stay at Casa hotel on my next trip in hongkong. :)
I stay in the room 413, internet wifi cannot reach into myroom. I already told staff but he can't help anything.
Location Price Staff
No breakfast incl with room rate. Bed
near to exit MTR yau ma tei station, only 3 minutes walk. friendly staff value for money
The location The airco
The rooms were extremely small and taking a shower at the toilet is very poor. The personnel was very slow.
It is actually a little bit of expensive compare to others hotel near by. But location is perfect. Really close to the temple street , jade market and ladies market. Mtr is close. Lot of good place to eat near by too. The room is also really clean.
The room is small(of couse it's understandable because we are in hong kong). The Internet sometime keep dropping.
We are totally disappointed when I saw room and Bathroom. It's like a lodge. There is no space to bath in the toilet. Room size also horrible. We wondered how can it be a Three Star Hotel..!!!
1) Many foods around the hotel area. 2) Has clean kettle and enough power points.
1) Air-con is very noisy. 2) Smelly room. 3) Room size is almost same or smaller compare guest houses around the same region.
Front Desk services is good.
The room is in L shape and the space of it is too small.
Location is good.
Customer service very poor at hotel restaurant.Nobody help to carry luggage
Tiny room. Shower directly in bath room with no curtain or surround. Bed hard.
Major reason to book this hotel would be its location on Nathan road. It is literally 15 steps from the yau ma tei MTR stop from there you can basically go anywhere you need to in Hong Kong. Get yourself a tourist MTR pass and your set
Bathroom are extremely small your basically taking a shower standing on the toilet haha
Nothing is good about the hotel
Location and wifi
doors too close and partition between rooms not soundproof. In the middle of the night you could hear slamming, opening and closing of neighbours' doors. You cant turn around in the toilet.
I believe this a normal hotel and there are better options in Hong kong
The elevators are a headache
Hotel is non smoking.towels were white looking very new and fresh.it is no frills hotel in a convenient location.area is always crowded around till late so felt safe. Lots of eating places.meto very near and airport bus stop close by.paid 3o hkg dollars to airport as opposed to 140 hkg dollars each to airport in express train.i would stay again.
If you book standard room be aware hotel has no space for taking shower. Bathroom is so so small.you get a basin and toilet.shower head is plonked in between the two on wall.so basically you have your shower in front of basin or sit on toilet seat. We needed to get delux room so we got 1 feet extra space to shower. Beware beware!!!!
Very close to the MTR(Yau Ma Tei) exit C and A21 bus station. Breakfast was OK ( about 35 HK dollar). The room is small but tolerable...
WiFi signal was weak. Rest room is too small (just like many quest house in Hong Kong). A fat guy can hardly use the toilet I guess.
Too small, too noisy.
