My booking was for a business center floor and they wanted to give me a room on 1st floor. When I showed my reservation on internet they said it was a mistake from booking.com. At the end they changed my room but it was an unpleasant feeling I asked for a massage in the morning and they woke me up at 11o clock night time pretending I asked for a massage in the evening. I was already asleep when they woke me up and couldn't sleep after. I arrived the same evening from Sydney and was very tired so of course I would never book a massage so late!!! But they wouldn't recognize it was their mistake... |

Convenient location in Central Hong Kong Overpriced tiny room; do not spend the money on this hotel unless location is absolute necessity |

The location was near an MTR, although not in central location. They have a free shuttle to the central station though. A really annoying telephone that kept beeping while we were trying to sleep until we called the reception. |

Location. Helpfulness of staff. Good price. My room had no brochure to explain the services available, e.g. room service, times for breakfast etc. I had to speak to the reception staff to find out these things. Also, and even more importantly, the food at breakfast was not at all fresh, and I was there at 8am. I would recommend your hotel with reservations. |

Everytime someone went to the toilet you could here the flushing through the walls. Also, the bathroom is a bit see-through. |

Misleading title of the hotel. The Chinese and the English title of the hotel "Central" connotes the sense that the hotel was located in the Central District of Hong Kong. It in fact is in Sheung Wan, which is quote a distance by taxi or by walking from the Central. I was totally disappointed by the misleading title. The base price was good, but the additional bed had cost us phenomenal amount. The room was so small that you felt like you were in a bathroom--especially since the bathroom had no solid door to it. The extra bed had caused us to step on beds in order to get around. The staff was somewhat rude, giving us a sense that we were getting the least return for our money. No restaurant, no swimmming pool, no gymn, no view, minimal space. |

The hotel is very funky and cool. The staff, especially the bell boys, were amazingly helpful. They let us check in several hours early which was a fantastic help. The walls were quite thin and you could hear things in the next room from time to time. It wasn't a huge problem though. |

The staff were very attentive and helpful, making our stay easy. They even noticed when we overslept (jetlag!) giving us a wake-up call when we didn't appear for a tour. |

The hotel is located in Central Hong Kong and was moderately priced The hotel is a bit pretentious maybe is normal in Hong Kong. In the rooms you can listen very well to anything happen in the nears nearby, specially if someone takes a shower you will feel all the water flow |

It's quiet, clean, very convenient, location wise and perfect for a solo traveller like me. yes, there was only one thing. There should be room service for breakfast, instead we were told to go down to the cafe which was a little inconvenient when you just woke up and want to have breakfast in bed. |

Good location. Friendly staff but not necessarily efficient. Good basic no frills hotel. Cannot open windows, no in room cups for making tea although there is kettle and small tea and coffee selection. Ridiculous price of mini bar drinks. Poor channel selection on TV. |

The room was spotless and very pleasant. It was small, of course (like all Hong Kong hotel rooms) but the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet, and lots of cupboards. We chose the hotel mainly for its location, which is great! Staff were friendly and efficient. The room decoration was good but the design was a bit strange - the washbasin is outside the bathroom! Just a minor point though. |

The hotel is not too expensive and not too far from Sheung Wan MTR station. The breakfast is simple but sufficient and News Papers are available. Internet is available too. I would like to be able to open a window, however since this is not possilbe the room gets quite damp/sticky and airconditioning needs to be on all the time (even during winter). |
