毗邻古董街、海味街和中环电车总站，对于都市旅游的朋友比较方便。离地铁站和车站比较近，周围有不少食肆，交通和餐饮都比较方便。酒店工作人员服务也热情、周到，房间也干净，下午还有免费下午茶,哈哈哈! 房间比较小！ |

酒店大堂太小,房间隔音极差,隔壁房间一用水,水管就会发出极响的噪音,让人无法入睡.因为坐晚上的飞机,想延迟一个小时退房,但没得商量. |

乾淨 服務不佳，如這家酒店的入口窄，而且是樓梯，我到的時候服務人員跟一位女士在講話，兩人就站在樓梯前，但他並未協助我把行李搬上去，也沒有請其他同事來幫我，我只好自己把行李扛上去，check in後還是自己拿著行李找房間。第二，房間裡連贈送一瓶包裝水都沒有，我到的時間很晚，三更半夜的想喝水都不知道去哪裡買。第三，退房時間絲毫沒有彈性，一般旅館十二點退房，但通常允許房客有一個小時的彈性時間，但該酒店並無，服務員只說，我可以在退房後，將行李暫存。第四，服務員的服務態度冷淡，感受不到服務的熱忱。我記得除了房費外，帳單中還得付服務費，但是老實說，我實在沒發現他們為我服務了什麼。簡單的說，除了房間乾淨外，其他的我都覺得不滿意。 |

It's quiet, clean, very convenient, location wise and perfect for a solo traveller like me. yes, there was only one thing. There should be room service for breakfast, instead we were told to go down to the cafe which was a little inconvenient when you just woke up and want to have breakfast in bed. |

Good location. Friendly staff but not necessarily efficient. Good basic no frills hotel. Cannot open windows, no in room cups for making tea although there is kettle and small tea and coffee selection. Ridiculous price of mini bar drinks. Poor channel selection on TV. |

The room was spotless and very pleasant. It was small, of course (like all Hong Kong hotel rooms) but the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet, and lots of cupboards. We chose the hotel mainly for its location, which is great! Staff were friendly and efficient. The room decoration was good but the design was a bit strange - the washbasin is outside the bathroom! Just a minor point though. |

The hotel is not too expensive and not too far from Sheung Wan MTR station. The breakfast is simple but sufficient and News Papers are available. Internet is available too. I would like to be able to open a window, however since this is not possilbe the room gets quite damp/sticky and airconditioning needs to be on all the time (even during winter). |
