ベットが狭い。

バスルームのドアが　閉まりにくかった。Rm.621

Booking の時　コメントに　部屋でパソコンを使えるかどうか書いたのに　ホテルでは部屋では使えず、ビジネスセンターでのみでHK$50/30min., HK$120/1dayだった。センターは9:00am〜6:00pmしか使えないので日中仕事で出掛けて使えないのにとても不便だった。場所も便利なので　PCが部屋で無料で使えるなら推薦出来る。New Yorkでは　無料で使えた。

The staff were very helpful and friendly and the hotel was in a convenient location

The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable and for that reason alone I would possibly not stay there again. I liked everything else about the Charterhouse.

Not much.Staff was very impersonel, rooms were small, no mineral water in the room, no lotion etc etc . All in all a very bad experience and at HK USD 600 a poor value for money

Having credit card used for payment was not my preferred method- I would have liked to have paid in cash.

the room was comfortable and well presented. the beds were very comfortable and all the linen was fresh.

Price Value ratio would be good if you find a room with better isolation

I could hear every word of what was said in the room next to me becasue there was a door in between.

Requested King double bed and non-smoking six months in advance but got neither!

Room too small, breakfast very expensive and poor; TV set, when switched on, shows dirty adult movies advertizing and it needs a lot of efforts playing with an old remote to get to ordinary TV-channels. No hairdryer in the bathroom, I had to use the one which can be switched in the room only, without a mirror. Had to do my hair looking into the reflection on the TV-screen. Internet too expensive.
