Het hotel is gewoon goed om er een aantal nachten te verblijven. De kamers zijn relatief schoon en alles werkt. Het hotel ligt precies tussen twee metrostations in, dit is minder handig. |

ik heb er twee maal vertoefd deze week. Mijn eerste bezoek op de "SIGNITURE FLOOR" kan ik een ieder aanraden. Ik heb veel hotekls bezocht in HK, maar de prijs-kwaliteits verhoudingen waren top. En wat een ruimte in deze kamer, voor HK begrippen extreem groot in deze prijs klasse. |

We vertrokken pas 's avonds laat maar we konden gratis gebruik maken van de sportruimte om ons op te frissen. Het ontbijt was heel goed maar in de ontbijtruimte was het erg koud. De airco stond te hoog. |

The design of my room. But you have to ask the new rooms at the highest level !!! Little room. Is ok when you are alone or 2 persons. |

The staff were very helpful and friendly and the hotel was in a convenient location The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable and for that reason alone I would possibly not stay there again. I liked everything else about the Charterhouse. |

Not much.Staff was very impersonel, rooms were small, no mineral water in the room, no lotion etc etc . All in all a very bad experience and at HK USD 600 a poor value for money small and very cramped |

If you want a decent quiet yet reasonably priced place, this is probably good for you. The pictures featured in the website are not accurate, and it's not really near WanChai MTR (you would probably find it nearer to go Causeway Bay MRT). Hotel Staff were not that friendly in many instances(name an instance: they didn't even bother to open the door when standing doing nothing besides the door while I was walking in with many things on my hand) Water Heater was not working well too. |

Gym was useful to have. Service prompt and efficient. Having credit card used for payment was not my preferred method- I would have liked to have paid in cash. |

The location is convenient. The staff there are nice. And the price is reasonable. You can also buy the things you need nearby. If the room can be warmer, it will be better. |

Price Value ratio would be good if you find a room with better isolation I could hear every word of what was said in the room next to me becasue there was a door in between. |

Nothing room was expensive and small in size. I booked a room with double bed back in May, which was confined and when I arrive discovered that my room had been chnaged to two single beds. No answer and no discount. |

2nd floor rooms are newly decorated, great bathroom! there were no curtains. Nobody could see inside but the streetlight lit up the room all night. |

Location. Room too small, breakfast very expensive and poor; TV set, when switched on, shows dirty adult movies advertizing and it needs a lot of efforts playing with an old remote to get to ordinary TV-channels. No hairdryer in the bathroom, I had to use the one which can be switched in the room only, without a mirror. Had to do my hair looking into the reflection on the TV-screen. Internet too expensive. |
