Lack of central heating, only portable heaters, it was a bit cold

Great view of the harbor from the huge bay windows! An inviting/relaxing place as soon as you step into the room. There's only 2 flats per floor with a separate elevator per room. Gives you the sense of exclusivity. Super comfy bed. The living room is spacious. Friendly concierge. Would recommend to any HK visitors or even a staycation

The location is a touch far from the mtr and not so easy to flag a taxi but otherwise it's nice to be a bit away from the hustle of the busy streets.

Very large apartment great value for money if u can get a discounted rate. Had to make an enquiry about late check in, great response time. Friendly staff. will try another CHI next time. Liked the grocery list that was send prior to arrival, but needed more items listed

Taxi from the airport dropped us at the wrong CHI, only a short walk to the CHI138. When checkin the reception staff could not keep his fingers out of his nose, made the matter worse, he was handling my passport etc. did not restock the coffee making facilities, ie, coffee and sugar, stayed on the 22 floor, view not too good for hongkong. Out of the way from anything. Due to the location would not stay there again

Very modern, clean and spacious apartment. Friendly staff. Reasonably close to centre but free shuttle bus in the mornings anyway.

Located in the middle of dried seafood wholesale district so smell pervades apartment (particularly if air-con used) - a simple air freshener could help. Fantastic views across to Kowloon would be better if outside of floor to ceiling window was clean.

The room is clean and big it can accommodate 5people. Nice View. Lot of room for the luggage, there is a kitchen with complete ammenities. staff is friendly. We are happy in this hotel, And highly recommend.

Apartment which means fridge, microwave etc. The place was a decent size. They have DVD to lend.

It was supposed to be a one bedroom but there is only a small curtain dividing sleeping and living area.

There is no room service..room smelled like sea food i had to spray it everyday..the location is far from anything and no close metro station so you have to use the bus or tram just to get close to anything it would take you at least 10 min to get to the nearest metro station.

Absolutely fabulous apartment, with every detail thought-out. All new equipment, furniture, pots and pens, daily maid service, excellent shower. By local standards you get huge space for the money. Great view, too.

I travelled to Hong Kong first for business over the week and had stayed in Island Shangri-la before checking into Chi Residence. Though the service at Chi Residence certainly does not match up to that in Island Shang, the room size and facilities certainly made up for it. For a densely populated city like Hong Kong, Chi Residence is definitely considered extremely spacious. It is also well-equipped - the kitchen is impeccable and has the necessary equipment for a cook-out, it's got a comfortable couch (good enough to host at least 4 other guests), and the toilet is well stocked with toiletries. I also had the staff move me to the 30th storey, which meant that I had an unparalleled view of the city. Chi residence will definitely be my first choice the next time I'm back!

All was nice, staff is good. Room very big, have big window with harbour view(if you take floor above tenth). Very attractive view from the roof.

Far away from closest MTR station, walkable about 15 - 20 min.

Some people (including the service staff) can't speak in English properly

Very nice apartments. Neat and tidy. Could cook in the apartments. Staff are friendly but not very good in English. We had very romantic time. Nobody harassed us, we were in total silence belonging to each other. Roof stage is good too. Incredible view from the window, we can enjoy the view right from the bed.

Non-smoking apartments, lack of DND signs. That's it :-)

Extremely helpful and polite receptionist. Very spacious, clean, warm and comfortable room. Wonderful night harbour view right from our room. The whole family enjoyed the stay. Will definitely come back again.

Most taxi drivers were not familiar with the hotel, hence unable to find it at ease.

No breakfast on the spot. But walk to Western Market and you will find whatever you fancy to eat.
