Location,, in room facilities, friendly staff,

Room sizes too compact.

Convenient location for local experience, Room was clean and well equipped for long term stay. Area was quiet at night even though it is quite lively a few blocks down.

The surrounding area is a little messy, so not recommended for family or single female travellers.

A bit pricey

We stayed there 3 nights. It is a very cozy apartment for two and it feels like a home away from home. There is a supermarket nearby and we had big breakfasts every morning before setting out to visit the tourist spots. It is about a 5 mins walk to the MTR Stn and very convenient to move about.

Spacious, really close to temple st market. Very nice service. Safe & secure. They have a good collection of DVDs you can borrow from & the tv was great.

The view was nothing special.

Nice space, decent location, well appointed and comfortable.

Constructin at 8am. No warning about this. Literally they were drilling right on my room wall at 8am

Apartment is centrally located, staff is attentive, whilst the interior is poorly finished, it is clean.

Attempted to cancel the accomodation 6 days prior to our first night's stay and was informed this incurred an one night charge. As this was stipulated in the outlined booking conditions, we were happy to pay. However we were charged $252 aud not $206, the agreed rate at the time of making the booking.

Staff were helpful and friendly, made us feel welcome. Location was excellent, amongst locals and away from the annoying touts.

Nice compact apartment, great location just by temple street market.

Third visit - excellent. Love the facility, the location, the staff. Treated like family.

Apartment was a lot bigger than ones we've stayed at in the past. Very generous for HK size. Even enough room for my husband to do some yoga! Clean, modern, TV, lounge and small dining table. free wifi, kitchenette with microwave, kettle, toaster. Our flight was in the evening and left our luggage there till 8pm. Ray was friendly and very helpfully assisted with hailing a cab, taking our luggage out to the street.

Entrance had one flight of stairs before we reached reception but luckily they have a lift for luggage and Ray helpfully took our bags to our room so this wasn't an issue. We had a young baby and also transitioning to London so lots of luggage.

Clean, good for families with equipped kitchen.

I haven't found the hair drier
