地理位置很好，去香港当然会购物，这家酒店在尖沙咀中心位置，步行去海港城也就2分钟，楼下就有酒吧和吃饭- 的地方，我们几个朋友逛街到11点才回酒店，放下全天收获又出门吃东西逛酒吧，很过瘾。 房间无线网络不稳定。不过工作人员很热心，凌晨2点还来维修。

算干净、人员态度非常好、结帐超快（非常好），环境很好，非常适合逛街之旅！ 1）电梯总只开一边，楼层很高，要等较久； 2）802隔壁不知道是否为打扫人员，开关门声音太大，隔音不好； 3）电梯、走道过度闷热，应适度加空气流通（如果不能加冷气）； 4）房间空间太小，可在Layout上再思考改善；例如折叠式的书桌、椅子、墙面利用的物品架等都可以改善- 空间问题； 5）提供的免费用品，如拖鞋、盥洗用品可以稍好一点，天气热，送两瓶饮用水应该也很便宜（房价对比内部条件- 其实....... 算贵的！） 6）电源插座未考虑国际性，单一插孔形式，可考虑备一有多插孔设计的延长线

房間比我想像的大間，熱水很棒，免費上網。離地鐵、購物中心近。還會想再去! 住了四晚卻沒補充盥洗用品如牙膏、洗髪精…等。

Great location among the many many shopping centers in Tsim Sha Tsui area. 5 mins walk to the MTR which makes getting around a breeze. Plenty of eateries around the hotel.

Its location. No lobby No porters The front desk people could not speak English well; service was poor. Rooms were not well cleaned. Only 1 elevator works No facilities

One of lift spoilt n cos a long wait everyday. Not easy w baby around. Staff not helpful, busy talking on d phone w friend. No heater during winter. When asked staff to help since I travel w 10 months baby, was told nothing can b done. Duvet cover had dark stain, closet with dust. Overall not family oriented hotel. Would not choose citadines in future. Friend w young baby was asking for recommendation, is a no no.

Only Location! They test fire alarm early morning without prior notice. Damn!!!! Room is not as clean as hotels where I travel in Asia. Toilet is not so comfortable and so small.

The location is great for restaurants, shopping and move out (close from TST station) The staff is helpful and speaks english. Bed was unconfortable and sofa bed is worse! Not easy when you travel as a family.

I would strongliy recommend this hotel, despite some shortcomings. The staff was extremely helpsome in a very pleasing way and the location was superb. A modern effective establishment, much better than Citadines in London where I stayed before. The street where it is situated is full of restaurants of good value and quality. And it was possible to open the window to get fresh air! I am not getting used to air conditioning, so this was just great, not so usual in hk. Internet did not work properly. There was some smell when I came to my room, but I managed to eliminate it with air conditioniong and by openng the window.

Furnishing was quite weared. Color has came down from the walls. If this tearing dont bother you, this is quite good place to overnight. Room was still very clean and there was all kitchenware to stay even longer. And room was very large for hk hotels.

The hotels receptionist named joey was very accomodating nd friendly! She helped us find restaurants that were satisfyingly delicious nd cheap! She gave us clear directions nd spoke good english. There were no smoking rooms.

Free wifi! Also the rooms have modern design and don't have that dated hotel feel. The bathroom is too small. Also, they didn't provide you any place to put your soap/ shampoo while in the shower; you have to place them on the floor.

Great location, right in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui. The bed was as hard as a rock and very uncomfortable. When I asked staff for a good place to have breakfast I was simply told to "go outside". Still not sure where to get a Western style breakfast near the hotel, besides McDonalds.

the location is pretty suitable than what i thought before i arrived there! i cannot smoke in my private suite... for me ,actually, that's unreasonable ; moreover, in most of American hotels won't prohibit guests do like that.
