(1)升降機需用門匙才可按樓層, 保安十分嚴謹. (2)服務員效率快及非常親切. (3)房間設備一應俱全, 有點驚喜. (1)入住當天剛巧寬頻維修, 整個下午也不能上網, 非常不便. (2)淋浴間沒有地方放置沖涼液及洗髮露, 要放在地上, 非常不便及危險. (3)房間之間的隔聲甚差. (4) 明珠台接收有問題, 聲/畫都不能正常播放. (5) 可選擇的電視頻道非常有限, 畢竟是遊客區地段, 衛星電視應不能少. |

The staff were very friendly, especially Joey. Everyone there is very professional and answered all of our questions. The hotel is very central and away from all of the noisy vendors and touts trying to sell you stuff all the time. The Tsim Tsa Chui MTR station is also a 2 minute walk away so travel around Hong Kong is easy. The room was clean and staff made up the room each day and provided fresh towels. Although this hotel is pricier than a hostel, it was still worth it as Hong Kong can be quite expensive and the hostels in Chung King Mansions looked like a death trap. I have nothing negative to say about this hotel. |

The big bed, the attached pantry and the cleanliness The small bathroom, the constant banging of the hotel room doors which was really. Never stay on the 5th floor which is on the same floor as the admin hotel room as the constant in out of the staff in the morning plus the banging of the doors can drive the guest mad. |

the location was great...close to restaurants and shopping areas.... the mattres on the bed was quite hard ... not very comfortable...had to sleep on the sofa bed which was a lot better than the regular bed. |

The location is the main advantage of this hotel besides the price of course. It is close to the star ferry to kowloon as well as the metro. There are shops all around, a supermarket just behind. It is walking distance from the museums. |

The staff were very accomodating and helpful in giving directions.Our baggage were very secure even after check out, we could still shop around. We had a hard time controling the water heater in the shower, other than that everything was excellent! |

We stayed in an "Executive Studio" during Easter hollydays. The room was clean, and the accomodations were very useful (big fridge, cooking tools, plates etc ...) The situation of the hotel is perfect for a visit in HongKong downtown. It's pretty close to the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR and the Star Ferry pier, so you can go everywhere in the Town and between the hole city. Well first I've reserved for 3 people. So when we were at the room there were only the bed sheet for the king size bed, but for the sofa, which can be transformed into a bed, no bed sheet was inside, and if you want one, you have to pay an extra 250 HK$ per night... So I think this is weird since the room is payed for 3 people... |
