I think by hk standards a guest can't complain.HK Is expensive so is the hotel but I think it is fair enough. Locating the place is a bit of a difficulty, pl give some thought to that. A better quality intercom(telephone service) would be useful(How to call reception etc,: Air conditioner was not effective enough |

Rooms r rather small, very basic, but very clean, bed sheets, towels r spotless, although my room had a stench of humidity, and I could see on d ceiling that they had some fungus problem that was cleaned. The bed is standard HK size, rather hard, ur feet will be in the air if ur over 180cm. The room comes with a small cooker and some plates to use, tooth brushes and soaps r provided, however the shower is above the Wc, so once u use it the seat will be covered with water. Outside in the yard I saw cockroaches having a pajama party at night. The location is gr8, very close to the Temple market, Jordan station. Bottom line good budget place to crash for a night or two, but I wouldn't stay for a week. Smell, cockroaches outside in the yard. Had to step over them on the way to my room |

Location - Near shopping area, Jordon MTR, supermarket & food (cafe) ... very convenient place. Although there is no prominant and big signage, It does not take long for us to find the place as the street is short ... you could not miss the door number if you move from door to door. Room was too small - although I kind of anticipate the room to be small but it turns out to be much smaller than I imagine. I book a quad room but the room area is smaller than a normal hotel twin sharing room. Just imagine they cramp 2 queen size bed into the room leaving no space for 4 people to move around. At any one time, only max 2 could move the other 2 to stay on bed. If the room is small, just imagine the toilet ... you bang into the wall or door at every turn. No big movement is allowed. If you are big in size, it is not recommended to stay here. |

Stone's throw from Nathan Road and Kowloon Park. Our bathroom window backed onto two giant airconditioning cooling towers, so it was a bit noisy. Also, nobody to help carry the luggage from the street to reception, which involved hiking of a steep flight of stairs. But for $100 a night.... |

The location was nice, safe area. The room, i know it was small, but this is Kong Kong and the rooms are like this everywhere on this island. The room clean and the staff is very nice, gave me any kind of inf. I needed. You don't have breakfast included but this is not a problem as two min. far away you can find the mc'donald. |

A bed to get my head down for the night. The rooms are very tiny and after making a complaint we were upgraded to a better room There was no signpost or name to the entrance. It was a block of flats made into rooms to be hired out. |

It was a very nice room, a bit small, but with a fridge and tv. It's spread out among buildings and there isn't really much common space. |

It's too wet in the room, cold during winter, the aircondition is not working well, I rather stay outside late than catch cold in the room. It's not worth the price. |

Location, price. Didnt really live up to its description - the "patio" had a lot of rubbish bins but no chairs and the "24 hour desk" was closed when we wanted to collect our key deposit. |
