The bus from the airport stops right in front of the hotel so it is easy to locate. Also proximity to the MTR is very convenient. It is difficult to find our way back to the hotel even from the MTR. The entrances are too small and not prominent enough. |

staff was polite and friendly. I would recommend the hotel for very short stay only, and the location was convenient for shopping trips the room was too small and the bathroom needed updating |

the location was perfect - right next to an MTR subway station, lots of grocery stores like 7-11 and loads of local cafes/restaurants for cheap eats at any time of day. The hotel even has its own bakery shop and the restaurants was decent. The hotel bar was very good and very cheap - cheaper than most bars outside! Staff were excellent, spoke perfect english and very so friendly. our room smelled a bit of cigareetes every now and then because someone was obviously smoking on the floor either below or above but thats not the hotel's fault. also we happened to have the last room on the corridor so it was a tiny bit smaller than the others but not enough to bother us! |

The Hotel was clean, tidy, with helpful staff, who did their best at all times to make us comfortable. The only problem was that the beds were so hard that they were uncomfortable to sleep on. |

Central and handy to MTR station. Beds rock hard. Rooms very small. Booking was for 2 rooms to sleep 5 but we had to ask for extra bed and price went up. |

Convenient location for shops, restaurants, transport links, local markets. Rates not excessive compared with others. Good international standard of services and comfort but nothing fancy. Mine was the only European face in the building. The bulk of the customers seemed to be Japanese which was fine as they were very well behaved but I did not speak to a soul for 3 days. There could have been more seating in the lobby, I had to stand for a long time while waiting for the Airport bus. Even a token reduction for single occupancy of a double room would have been appreciated. Anyone looking to form new friendships with the other guests would need to speak Japanese. |

The staffs were so helpful especially the lady cleaner at floor 7 with spec, she has done a good job in cleanliness without fail for my 8 days stay there. Room are 180-200sqf which standard in Hong Kong. The nearest Prince Edwards mtr just opposite the hotel and its real convenience to travel anypart of Hong Kong. The hotel dont provide free shuttle bus for airport transfer which cost me hkd95 per pax. As infor I gathered if you are travel 2 pax and aboved get a taxi would be around hkd200-hkd230 which carried max 5 persons. I had my 8 days stay over there still dont get any complimentary for this. |

Good local area with excellent shops/markets,not the ultra expensive shops as found down near the waterfront.Very near tube station, Hotel has own airport shuttle bus desk at the airport (B.17) not the general shuttle bus desk ( B 16) We read that the beds are hard and they were, but you get used to them. As in all hotels eating in is more expensive than finding little local cafe's of which there are plenty |

It is near the MTR station, very convenient to do shopping. Most important was the hotel staff are very polite. Keep it up. To provide more power supply in the room, one is not enough to use. The basin running tap need to install nearer to the basin, to prevent water from flowing down the basin table. |
