Rommet var pent og rent, og beliggenheten er bra, med kort vei til metro og busser. Sengene er altfor harde og korte. Jeg er 182 og sengen var ikke lang nok. Personalet kom med en overmadrass på natten, og det hjalp litt. Frokostbuffeen var skuffende og det tok lang tid før mat ble etterfylt. |

It's very close to MTR and shopping area. Comfortable room. And a lot of food area downstair so you won't get hungry. :) The bed was hard. The aircon was not cool enough. |

its convenient at the city with easy transport and shopping.it will be good if the price can be lower.will book again and recommend to friends. it is just an ordinary hotel compare to those i stayed around asia.only thing is that the safe deposit box is not in the room. |

Good hotel, very comfortable and close to Prince Edward MTR station. Room is not big but it's clean and staff is very helpful. |

1) The location was most prominent, 2) and we were given coupons for dinning. 3) The luggage concierge was very helpful and polite. 4) The room looks reasonably clean under the dim lightings. 5) A full-set of daily toiletries was provided. 1) The room was given late to us by an hour. 2) Notice that the luggage concierge staff was more well-manner then the reception staff. 3) The lighting in the room was really dim. 4) The room was not sound proof, can hear people talking on the outside and the room next to you. 5) There was also not much variety in their free TV program channel even the paid program was not up todate. 5) Room service will not include changing of bedsheets only after 3rd day of stay. 6) Bottle water was provided at a charged. |

The hotel's close proximity to the mtr station, Mongkok Road and affordable local cuisine serving restaurants The wallpaper design of the hotel room is very very outdated and needs a change.Also,the water flow of the shower is too small |

I choose to stay here because it is very near the exit of mtr station and close to shopping area. I was dismayed because it was not accessible to any bus stops or train stations to take one to the airport. |

The hotel location is very near by all the transportation and easy to go everywhere. Just only the smell when i first step into the room was smokey but afterthat it's getting better. |

The bus from the airport stops right in front of the hotel so it is easy to locate. Also proximity to the MTR is very convenient. It is difficult to find our way back to the hotel even from the MTR. The entrances are too small and not prominent enough. |

staff was polite and friendly. I would recommend the hotel for very short stay only, and the location was convenient for shopping trips the room was too small and the bathroom needed updating |

the location was perfect - right next to an MTR subway station, lots of grocery stores like 7-11 and loads of local cafes/restaurants for cheap eats at any time of day. The hotel even has its own bakery shop and the restaurants was decent. The hotel bar was very good and very cheap - cheaper than most bars outside! Staff were excellent, spoke perfect english and very so friendly. our room smelled a bit of cigareetes every now and then because someone was obviously smoking on the floor either below or above but thats not the hotel's fault. also we happened to have the last room on the corridor so it was a tiny bit smaller than the others but not enough to bother us! |
