Staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and luxurious. In-dining menu was great. Laundry service was done on the same day without checking express option. Cleaning staff were readily available at all times to service the room. Great location.

Selection of food ar breakfast buffet was limited - was mostly directed at an oriental audience. I understand it's based in Hong Kong, but since it's an international hotel and the expectations that more expats would stay there than locals - so a more international menu would've been more appropriate.

Service at all levels was excellent. Very convenient for food and shopping at Pacific Mall. Easy to get to underground trains to all parts of Hong Kong. Good enough reasons for me to stay in Conrad again.

Everything!! First we came in early, and the room was ready. Then was told that since our trip back to Manila is in the evening, we could check out at 3pm. And we didn't have to request! The room is spacious, and I like the layout of the bathroom. The location is just perfect, and the staff is very good. We went down for breakfast at 8am and was surprised when we came up to see that our room was made up already. Over all, I was most impressed! Conrad Hotel, you are my favorite among all the other hotels I've stayed! At least for the moment...

I can't think of anything I don't like. They even have a pillow menu!

Service on Coffee lounge is poor, has over 7 nights of slow/forgetful/poor service. Executive lounge always have a queue.

I only stayed one night and then moved to shangrilla Kowloon .in my view , itsa much better hotel. Spacious rooms, nice lobby, better variety of food.

Lifts too slow to arrive

Perfect location on top of a shopping mall (Pacific) and close to Subway. Beautifull view from the rooms. Very stylish hotel. Perfect room cleaning services.

The breakfast room on the executive floor is too small. Many irritating drunken youngsters in lobby and around. Management should be more strict in removing them!

A realy luxurious hotel. I had a fabulous room on the 56 floor with views of the harbour.

1/ booking at 12h00, it took about 2 hours to get the room available 2/ they first install us in a room smelling badly cigarettes when we booked a non smoking 3/ bed is not as comfortable as the previous hotel we just left on Kowloon side 4/ breakfast buffet offers ratehr average quality of products compared to the same previous one hotel. All in all, if it would not be that location in Central, we would have stayed at the other hotel, more, trendy, better service, better food, lower price

I took my wife to the Conrad as a surprise as part of planned buisness trip which in the end was actually a romantic retreat for both of us. I have booked via yourself on the excecutive floor - 58 and had a deluxe queen with peak view - 5820. What a fantastic room and view... spectacular view of the peak scenery and over Wanchi etc. In room ameneties were great and the service on the executive floor was superlative. The staff in the exec lounge were very friendly and helped with everything we needed. The service in the lounge from afternoon tea to drinks in the evening was brilliant and the drinks at night never stopped flowing..so you need hollow legs and you will still leave a little tipsy, just to set you up for the Hong Kong night scene. Breakfast was superb at the Conrad and we took ours downstairs at the main restraunt, with great choice etc. The other areas we used were the gym and pool which were both again excellent. the location of the hotel is also great as its surroundings are quiet, yet it is very close HKD$20 taxi ride to Wanchi, Central etc and it is right above Pacific Place with the lift going directly to the shopping mall... doesn't get much better. In conclusion... I would recommend this hotel to anyone that fancies a luxury break with superlative service and I hope my review helps ...Martin
