Cosco Hotel  

スタッフがとても親切でフレンドリーでいい滞在ができた。裏手にショッピングセンター、すぐ近くの並びにス- ーパーがある。トラムの駅は目の前、空港からはA１０のバス利用が便利で、２４時過ぎまで走っており、バス- 停はすぐ側。

日本のホテルに慣れていると髪の毛が落ちていたりするので、清潔感はイマイチかも。でもコスパ的には十分な- ホテルだと思う。

Located close to hku (10 minutes up the escalator to campus). Good value for money - booked last minute and got a great deal for the room - though the difference in price for different nights can be huge. Feels like a typical Chinese mid-range or budget hotel, and guests seem mostly to be mainland Chinese.

Located in an industrial area without any mtr stops nearby - so would not recommend this location if you were in Hong Kong as a first time tourist.

They were having other hotel room renovation near my room, very noisy and feel they should not charge me that much money. The only reason why I chose this hotel is close to my family home.

Location was ok

I was really surprised there was no Pool, the pool was mentioned on every site and in every brochure. When I asked about it at the reception the staff simply pointed out the other side of the road. There was a public swimmingpool....

Enough space in the room for HongKong standards, clean, 24h reception, friendly staff.

Location is not near mtr, area of soho (shelley street) is not on walking distance. However, they are busy with construction of mtr line in front of the hotel, so in the near future the location will have an upgrade.

At normal room rates this is a fairly decent place to stay if you visit Hong Kong on a tight budget.

Paper thin walls and terribly noisy people in the next room, made my stay unpalatable! Just bad luck I think, as I have had decent stays here before. Don't expect much, and you won't be disappointed. But due to Rugby Sevens being on, the hiked up room rate made this stay not value for money at all!

Staff behavior was good and easy access to public transport.

Staff need to be trained in English speaking and hotel need to have Halal food in their menu.

Friendly reception service. Conveninent sofa and arm chairs in the corridor. Lift (even if there was only 1st floor).

Internet connection was terrible, it wasn't possible to work there - so we had to buy 3G solution by ourselves. Rooms' cleaning was not very accurate. Air conditioning in our room was not effective (noisy).

1) 本人於入住前2天開始, 打電話到酒店希望確認我的BOOKING, 都冇人接聽電話, (0930, 1345, 2100) << 兩天都是在這個時間打出的 2) 他在我們入住前要求收取$1000作取房之按金, 在網頁中完只是到明收$200 3) 從來沒有提及過房間是沒有窗的 4) 2人入住的雙人客房只有一份牙刷 5) 入住前什至入住時完全沒有提過有各樣裝修, 我中午3時CHECK-IN 他4點多維修升降機, 斜對面有幾間房子不停地發出裝修電鑽,搬運的嘈雜聲音 6) 在房間內出現蜘蛛 7) 在沒有預告及通知下, 我被突然的裝修電鑽,搬運的嘈雜聲音嘈醒, 當時9:45AM. 而且裝修工人不斷在走廊行走, 非常影響客人 接著 8)到了大約10:00AM 走火警鐘響起, 我被雷鳴灌耳的警鐘聲嚇得彈起來,得到的答覆是, ''誤嗚'' 一早就一連的幾件事令人無法睡覺, 我也算數, 9) 10:45AM當我打算去廁所刷牙洗澡時, 居然沒有水, WT THE ____!! 冇水?? 沒有人提過, 立即打去接待處問, 他說檢查所以暫停水, 大約11:30AM才恢復有水, 我等到11:40都沒有, 再打去接待處問他說要等到12點才有 說到這裡, 已經冇話再說...............

位置很好，除了没有地铁，其余交通方式很便利。免费的无线网。

1. 一半的房间没有窗户，这个应该在预定之前予以告知。（至少前台是这样告诉我的，一半的房间没有窗户，现场看- 去也大致如此）。 2. 冬天游泳池不开门，这个在预定之前也应该告知顾客。
