Cosmo Hotel Hong Kong    

Very good service all the way through. Very helpful with trips and information about the city and the public transport. The Shuttle bus service is genius, it will take you anywhere you need to go, and they depart quite often. Also the cleaning was perfect.

The internet was quite expensive and it was annoying that we had to use an internet cable to acces the internet. Furthermore the bed was quite hard to lay on, but perhaps this is a personal preference.

Convenient location, small but well designed room which had tea and coffee unusual in Asia! Nice to have outside terrace and free wi fi there.

Ridiculously exp wi fi charge and they tried to get me to pay extra $300 for free wi fi and breakfast. This turned out to be per night and didnt tell me wi fi free anyway in lobby and terrace.

Not quite in Causeway bay but their free shuttle bus service was very useful. Room size was reasonable for Hong Kong. Definitely good value for money.

Would have appreciated soap bars and not liquid soap. Quality of toiletries was not great but the Cosmo was still good value.

Rooms were spacious and interior decor was stylish and of good quality. Staff were very friendly and it was nice to have the breeze bar where yoh could get WiFi and a drink of coffee for free

Location is far from any shops or restaurants. Though the free hotel shuttle is very useful, the hotel is located a bit off from life of the city. It's a good 10-minute brisk walk from any shops.

The stuff was so friendly and helpful, the hotel is very close to the city center(10 minutes walking), you can get some trips around the city and neighbourhood right in the next door (the same hotel). Breakfast was delicious too!

The hotel is in a quite good position, 10min walking and you are in a good area for restaurant and bars

Wi fi very slow, and available only in the (small) lobby or on the terrace at the fifth floor. The breakfast area is in a kind of place that looks a night club. During the night, it is a bar to drink. We never saw people drinking/dancing during the night. The rooms are nice but very small. The bathroom is cleaned but very small too.

The Cosmo is an annexe to the much larger Cosmopolitan Hotel down the road and, as such, is much quieter and more friendly

Despite signs in the room stating an eco-friendly system of not changing sheets and towels unless requested, they change them every day anyway.

We've taken lux apartment for 6 person. That was very good idea - quite cheap and confortable, lot of space. Very nice view from the roof =) Good location, friendly staff, good breakfast.

The room had everything you need and the bed was very comfortable.

I asked for a clothes airer as I had two young children and needed to wash a few clothes. They didn't have one. It was a shame because there was a big space in the second bathroom that only had a sink and toilet. The space could have easily accomodated an airer which would have been very convenient.

It is well maintained hotel in a very convenient location. Easy to get everywhere. Enough space in rooms. No queue at breakfast time. Will recommend for others.

good music in lobby-bar there are some shuttle buses to subway stations and shopping malls

free Internet you can you use only in lobby and only 1 hour a day. Subway station is not near to hotel, need to go by taxi

liked the room. perfectly fits a family of 6. the furniture and design is also good. very comfortable. the hotel also has free shuttle to many areas of the city.

I was very surprise on 2013 still not have Wifi in the room Bathroom still have hair from custmer before Air condition as in the war years.... Very disappoint !!!!
