Cosmo Hotel

The staffs are friendly and professional, the hotel facilities are well maintain which is another plus point and it makes staying more pleasurable.

It is sad that the Nooch Bar is under utilize and you hardly see anyone in there even the staffs as well. My suggestion i sthat hotel can give out welcome drink at the bar upon arrival and this is a great way to introduce your facilities to the guests, in addition,, you can also have happy hours in the evening for drinks at reasonable price, try to attract crowds from the cosmopolitan hotel to increase crowd flow. I like the bar but it is sad to see that it is under utilized.

It has a perfect location on Hong Kong. In 5 minutes walking u are in the main street where u can grab a taxi or a tram to the city centre. The price was low comparing with the quality. Having free wifi on the lobby is a plus...

I saw the hotel pictures on the Internet and all look nice, so I book Cosmo Hotel. The room color is interesting and I enjoy my yellow room. It makes you feel calm and silent, and sleep well at night. I also like their TV has Japanese channels, my native language and I can know what is happening in my country. I also try out the Nooch Bar, nice cocktails from the bar man. I suggest they should have Sake cocktails! They broadcast football match too, good entertainment for football lovers. The bar itself is very beautiful too, quite dark and secretive, I like the mood there.

The room was clean, nice and the staff was nice.

The room was too noisy (1501) especially on Saturday night. The music in the lift is horrible.

The staff accomodated my need to have a window with a view, it came with an upgrade. Very nice of them. Kudos

Simple affordable and comfortable. Central enough and free shuttle a bonus.

A warm welcome was missing. Staff were not courteous , specially staff in restaurant , 'The Nooch bar' . Overall gave an impression of average hotel, though the location is good.

We liked the proximity of public transport and easy access to the MTR which made it really easy to explore Hong Kong and all it had to offer. The hotel courtesy bus was great too and made accessing the MTR in the main areas even easier.

The room size was rather compact, as was the bathroom, but all in all the staff were extremely helpful and courteous and the Cosmo was good value for money.

Service was very good and accomodating. I have an injured leg (an accident) so staff were very good in helping me do things, like serving me at the buffet breakfast. They provided wrapped packaging for transport of my backpack spillover at no charge.

The only fault was a small one - when I went to the 5th floor terrace to read a book, the coffee machine was not working and no hot water for tea.

Nice little boutique hotel. Given the good room rate and the convenient location I don’t think I can ask for more. The hotel has free shuttle buses taking you around the city from west to east till late, so you don’t have to worry about transportation just shop till you drop! The room I stayed was compact but you’ve everything necessary inside and the room design is just nicely done.

Room cleanliness and the house staff. They were very prompt and attentive. The front desk people were also efficient and helpful

The Nooch bar was too small. The entry in the morning for breakfast was very -disciplined,', 'military like', and a bit unfriendly. Absence of a gym was a big let down. These will be very important issues for choosing Cosmo next time.
