Though a 4 stars hotel, I trust that its service reflects a more honest rating. The caring service and smiling face makes you feel like you are in a Ritz or St. Regis. The lobby is quite a big surprise. We checked-in in the evening when the lobby is dimmed and the bar scene is on. I feel the jazzy music and soon find myself shaking my body!

I was very angry when I got to the hotel - it does not match the description I read on your site. Most of all it is NOt located in what I call Wanchai. It is not in Causeway Bay either. In fact it is near the race track in Happy Valley and beside a graveyard. I found it's pretention to being trendy and "design" rather false also. The rooms are small and badly designed. The details are disappointing and the shower didn't work properly. You talk about flat screend tv, but you don't mentuion how small they are. The housekeeper woke me up at 7:30 in the morning for no reason. Breakfast is served in a nice environment but the food was not very good at all.

It was a very cute hotel, with small rooms, which was expected. Everything was comfortable. The location was not so central, but it wasn't too far out of the way either. We did not make use of the shuttle service as it did not fit our schedule. It was a great choice for the money.

its accessible to train station and near to shopping mall....even if the room is not that much spacious but its clean.....

the staff is not that much helpful in assissting for directions......

A warm welcome was missing. Staff were not courteous , specially staff in restaurant , 'The Nooch bar' . Overall gave an impression of average hotel, though the location is good.

We liked the proximity of public transport and easy access to the MTR which made it really easy to explore Hong Kong and all it had to offer. The hotel courtesy bus was great too and made accessing the MTR in the main areas even easier.

The room size was rather compact, as was the bathroom, but all in all the staff were extremely helpful and courteous and the Cosmo was good value for money.

Service was very good and accomodating. I have an injured leg (an accident) so staff were very good in helping me do things, like serving me at the buffet breakfast. They provided wrapped packaging for transport of my backpack spillover at no charge.

The only fault was a small one - when I went to the 5th floor terrace to read a book, the coffee machine was not working and no hot water for tea.

Nice little boutique hotel. Given the good room rate and the convenient location I don’t think I can ask for more. The hotel has free shuttle buses taking you around the city from west to east till late, so you don’t have to worry about transportation just shop till you drop! The room I stayed was compact but you’ve everything necessary inside and the room design is just nicely done.
