Staff is extremly friendly, courteous and respectful. a) No newspaper in room b) No response on internal phones like housekeeping, front desk or any other hotel service. Every time I was supposed to go to reception ( from 16th floor) for any thing (even for small ones like drinking water) during my entire stay (7 nights) |

Amazing view from my room (24the floor). You can see all Wanchai and Causeway Bay and also a part of Central. Hotel near from markets, shopping, restaurants, ... |

The shuttle bus service was a cost saver and also time saver. It brings you near the places you need to travel to or at least to the nearest MTR line. The hotel has free WiFi on the ground lobby as well as at the restaurant floor. The hotel staff was excellent from the porters to front desk and even our room attendant, Tina. Truth be told, nothing. I'm just too happy cause I did not expect the hotel to be such a wonderful experience. The best hotel I've been to so far. Others can argue but I've not really gone travelling much. |

We used a lot the hotel shuttle bus to bring us to Time Squres where actually only 10 min. walking distance. I like the location of the hotel where is not center of the busy strict but easy to access anywhere. Not much complanint for this hotel except hotel room was small but it didn't bother us after one night staying (get used to it). |

good location in happy valley opposite race course close to tram & bus links, frequent free shuttle service to Central, staff very informative and helpful. Only a 5 - 10 min walk to huge shopping mall at times square. deluxe room was good size and spotless. wi-fi is expensive in rooms, we had to go down to the lobby where it was free. |

My sister who permanently lives in Hong Kong has recently given birth to her first baby so our family decided to visit her and the new precious! Usually when we go on vacation we will book for a suite room since this will ensure more space for the whole family (we have 2 kids), but this time we think we should go for more of a budget accommodation. |

A good hotel, great value for money! Staff was very helpful and room was very clean. Room size was good enough in Hong Kong standard. We had a great experience with Kong Hong. It was a very vibrant city with many things to see and places to tour around. Shopping was awesome. |

The hotel is clean and not too many tourism from china mainland so it's quiet. The location is not closed to the Subway station and for first day arrival we didn't know there's shuttle bus. |

The room was very comfortable, the staff were very friendly and efficient and it was close to Happy Valley racecourse. I would have categorised the points in question 2 as very good if that option had been available. Food and drink prices seemed expensive and therefore I did not have any meals there. |

Location, shuttle service, cleanliness, good breakfast. lack of drawer space in the bedroom, apart from the front desk general level of English was weak, attitude towards guests needs some improvement. |

Convenient location. Free wireless internet in the room . Nice bathroom The room service is very bad and expensive. Hard to sleep because of the noise inside and outside the hotel. It is a 4 star hotel for space in the room but not for the quality of the service. |
