Good location and staff Room 526 shower floods the floor. Curtain blocks outlet -making it worse, as drain is outside the shower base and inadequate to handle peak flow. Each morning had to clean floor as water lay everywhere and didn't drain away well. Not good for disabled people which is what it is designed for. Not good functionally for anyone while wet |

The service was much better than other hotels of similar size in Hong Kong and the free shuttle was very convenient. It was also good that most staff could speak fluent English. The room is pretty small but the price was very good so I can't really complain. |

Reception staff were polite. Head lights of the bed are too low is quite dangerous if you stand upright straight from the bed cause you will bump your head. The bathroom/toilet/bath is very small and water seeps through the water curtain but the bathroom is clean. No near convenient store where you can buy food in case children get hungry. It is best to include taxes charge by the hotel when website price is quoted to avoid any inconvenience on the part of the traveler. |

Free internet in the lobby, bowl of fruit each day in the room. Gym was too small and did not have enough equipment. |

The Cosmopolitan was well suited to sightseeing in Hong Kong with a regular hotel bus service connecting to the main travel systems. The breakfast was a mixture of East / West, plentiful and varied. The staff were very helpful, especially with advice on local travel. The room facilities were adequate. The stay was pleasant with no complaints. |

The fact that staff where so helpful in accommodating me at late notice. I had had a not so great experience with a budget accommodation in Hong Kong and the Cosmopolitan were great when I needed a friendly face. |

that we were allowed to be 4 in the room. i'm a single parent with 3 teenagers but i still feel more comfortable having all my kids in the room with me. it's great for bonding and i feel a lot safer, especially in a foreign country. also that the room rate included breakfast for all 4 of us, which ended at the convenient time of 1030 so we did not need to get up so early. i also liked the convenient shuttle to town. the desk was a bit dusty and the room size felt smaller than the 32 sqm it was supposed to be. |

Staff willingness to provide excellent service and cleanliness of room. Free shuttle bus service. Room size too small. Noise level was unbearable at times as no soundproofing from outside traffic. |

The staff were helpful and the room was quite nice. I thought the buffet breakfast was below standard and the dining facility was too small. I also thought the rate was on the high side for the standard provided. |

Shuttle service is okay. Staff are all respectful. We prefer bath soap to liquid soap. |

Breakfast was to busy, staff not that friendly or helpful except for the porters. Hotel room was at front of the building and too noisy. Not suitable for families with small children. I will never stay there again. Staff not helpful, breakfast to busy, noise location, |

That the beds were comfortable, the choice at the buffet breakfast and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. That the hotel was not so easy to get to by public transport, though it did have a tram stop outside, but these were slow though fun to travel with when one had the time - the kids liked them. |

The guest services manager was very helpful with regards to how to get to places and options for sightseeing. The shuttle service was very convenient. The rooms were modern and comfortable. The free wi Fi service in the lobby was great. The beds were extremely hard! Got used to them after two nights. They were very clean but not so comfortable. Not enough tea/coffee and mugs left for three guests in the room. |

The hotel building looks very nice standing at the corner of a busy traffic junction and it makes me feel good when I sit leisurely in the lobby beside the window glass seeing the traffic go by. All the staff are very cheerful, always wearing a smiling face and welcoming and look like they are ready to offer assistance when you ask for. The lobby bar makes some good cappuccino too. My room is comfortable and is the kind of room you would want to stay for a longer while. The bed is soft for me, but then I ask for a mattress topper and it turns out fine. The amenities are adequate for a traveler on the road too, and you can request for more anytime, just ask the room attendant. I’ve spent some time around the area and found a number of nice restaurants. There is also a flea market in Wan Chai area (10 minute walk from the hotel) where I’ve bought some cheap and cute souvenirs. If you want to seek for luxury brand instead, Times Square is the perfect choice. I am already looking forward to my next HK trip. |
