Las vistas desde la habitacion.

Varias cosas: tuve que ampliar una noche mi estancia y me cobraron 3 veces mas por una habitacion superior cuando la diferencia son 4m2 de amplitud. El aire acondicionado es insufrible, con el calor que hace fuera, pasar a esa temperatura me ha costado estar en cama una semana. Contratar conexion a internet y desayuno es mas caro de lo que pone en la reserva. Ducha hidromasaje significa que el telefono de ducha tiene varias posiciones, una mentira vamos!

Absolutamente nada.Han llegado al extremo de que,un dia me he dejado la llave en la habitacion y me han cobrado 50 dolares por otra. Absolutly at all. They have come to the end from that, one day I have left myself the key in the room and me 50 dollars have charged for one new.

Es horrible.El precio de Booking no es correcto.Mi habitacion han tenido que subir a limpiarla otra vez porque estaba asquerosa.Al igual que mucha otra gente,me ha costado el doble de lo contratado porque he tenido que dejar la tarjeta como fianza y me han cargado el doble.Personal grosero.Desayuno asqueroso. El trato y amabilidad de todo el personal, empezando por la gerencia. La ubicación ideal, se disfruta de gran tranquilidad y además está muy cerca de lugares turísticos y de compras. Acceso al metro y buses y facilidad de traslado gratuito con las vans del hotel. Perfecto para vacaciones y compras.

Su ubicación por estar cerca de Causeway Bay, Wanchai y Happy Valley, y por estar bien comunicado. Hotel agradable con personal servicial

El ruido exterior por la densa circulación, en el piso 10 se oye bastante a pesar de tener la ventana cerrada

Conveniently located, very efficient friendly staff, nice room, shower water system was not well constructed, not comfortable will the shower flooding the bathroom, everything else about the room was fine.

The service was much better than other hotels of similar size in Hong Kong and the free shuttle was very convenient. It was also good that most staff could speak fluent English.

The room is pretty small but the price was very good so I can't really complain.

Air conditioning is loud and can't be adjusted from the room while set temperature is too cold.

Free internet in the lobby, bowl of fruit each day in the room.

Gym was too small and did not have enough equipment.

The Cosmopolitan was well suited to sightseeing in Hong Kong with a regular hotel bus service connecting to the main travel systems. The breakfast was a mixture of East / West, plentiful and varied. The staff were very helpful, especially with advice on local travel. The room facilities were adequate. The stay was pleasant with no complaints.

that we were allowed to be 4 in the room. i'm a single parent with 3 teenagers but i still feel more comfortable having all my kids in the room with me. it's great for bonding and i feel a lot safer, especially in a foreign country. also that the room rate included breakfast for all 4 of us, which ended at the convenient time of 1030 so we did not need to get up so early. i also liked the convenient shuttle to town.

the desk was a bit dusty and the room size felt smaller than the 32 sqm it was supposed to be.

The staff were helpful and the room was quite nice.

I thought the buffet breakfast was below standard and the dining facility was too small. I also thought the rate was on the high side for the standard provided.

Breakfast was to busy, staff not that friendly or helpful except for the porters. Hotel room was at front of the building and too noisy. Not suitable for families with small children. I will never stay there again.
