Stuffs are friendly and easily communicative. Public transports are very convenient here. A safe box is provided in the room to store your valuables. In all, I feel quite good living in this hotel.

The rate is fair enough. In the room itself, is nice, quiet and clean. The ground floor, so crowded because it is a commercial space and also the lift or elevator.

Everything you need: aircon, fridge, wifi, ensuite, phone, tea / coffee in foyer, luggage minded on checkout. Excellent location: walk to MTR, Star Ferry, Promenade, world-class shops, good restaurants. Price reflects room space in the world's most crowded city area, especially very small ensuite. Expect to wait 5 minutes for the lift.

Nothing I like. This is my second time staying at hk. Previously I stay at Bridal Tea House Hotel at Yau Ma Tei at cheaper price. I decided to try on this "Hotel" at Tsim Sha Tsui. But the result is damn disappointing. The building is very dirty. This is Indian/Pakistanis foreigners' hang out place. Almost all the guesthouses in that ChungKing Mansion Building are managed by them. Everyday you have to wait for long queue in front of elevator about 20minute to go up 10 floor. Water pressure is low. No towel is provided. No bottle drinks provided. Not worth the money. Rather spend 2 times cheaper room rate at Yau Ma Tei guesthouses.

Staff were friendly and helpful, room was small but clean. Had use of fridge, microwave and coffee making facilities. Good location near metro station and waterfront. Would stay there agin. Not the hotel's fault, but being hassled by hawkers and drug dealers in and around the market on the ground floor of the building wasn't much fun. Also difficult to access 10th floor sometimes due to very small lift - again, not hotel's fault.

Location Crowded in the ground floor. Very small elevator. Very small room. But the worst of all is their system at the front desk. We were asked to pay in full upon check in and so we paid. On our last night at around 12 midnite our phone rang and the guy at the front desk were telling us that We are not yet paid. I told him that I paid already to a guy named guru. And that I have the receipt. I hung up the phone. And again he called saying that we were not yet paid. I was so angry because it is past midnite and we were sleeping already because we were so tired the whole day and yet this guy was so inconsiderate. Why can't he wait for the next morning to talk to us. Besides its their problem. He should have discuss it with his staff guru. I was fuming mad my blood pressure came up because for me its unethical to do that to their guest. The next morning I show them the receipt that was issued to me and I told them why don't you review your cctv camera so you can see that I really paid my bill before we checked in. They realized that it was their staff who did not turn over the money that i've paid. This is so disappointing and will never go back to days hotel. Would not recommend it to anybody

The location of the hotel was ideal for the purpose of our visit The hotel did not provide us the rooms we had booked and instead provided us with uncomfortable rooms. We were charged for the entire stay on our credit card even though we were informed that no charges will be made from the credit card. Also considering that we had to vacate the hotel because we did not get the rooms we had booked and not because we chose to cancel out. We should be refunded the money that we were charged extra.

Trustworthiness- My daughter left her i-touch when we checked out in the room & they returned it to us when i called to check if it was still there. Cleanliness - You can even leave your stuff in room because they clean and replace your towels everyday. Just make sure not to leave valuables for your peace of mind. The rooms are newly renovated. Convenient - A bus ride from/to the airport and an MTR across. Staff - friendly & accommodating ( Rowena- a nice Filipina & Sam - who I talked to about the i-touch ) Booking - I booked for a family room at the 10th floor but when we checked in, we were told that all rooms were taken so we had to take 2 rooms at the 7th floor which was very disappointing since we came from the airport tired with 2 kids. I was upset because the rooms were old but they were doing their best to accommodate us so I tried my best to keep calm. Also, I didn't get any reply to my follow up inquiry/confirmation of booking when I emailed. Long Queue at the elevators - due to high volume of traffic since the ground floor is a business center. So keep your children close to you at all times. There's only one restaurant at the 2nd floor of the building that serve rice. Closest is Mcdonald's and 7-eleven across the street.

its location in kawloon they trade as "Days Hotel" its "Day and Night Hotel" the rooms are so small the cases went under the bed 2 people could just get in the room it was 6 ft square you share a lift and have to queue to get up to the 10th floor we had raw sewage running across the bathroom floor it was totally disgusting people on the upper floors throw there garbage out of their windows so we had cans cascadeing down the building and the window that opened onthe 10th floor landing looked like an open sewer, the room was freshly decorated but stank of damp how it got a licence to trade i dont know felt we were in a building where drugs were being delt.

Location is extremely good. The hotel is well maintained, rooms are small but you have a quite large bed and clean and complete bathroom. I would recommend to ask for external window so you can have some day light. The relation quailty/price is excellent, I was not expecting such a good place for that price (in Hong Kong). The Mansion is very interesting place to visit, there are many vendors in the first floor but you can just walk and ignore them. The lift is small but you can take d or e lift so you do not need to wait too long. Small rooms, maybe a bit noisy untill 23:00-00:00.

It is a functional facility - to check in, shower and sleep then leave again - really good value for money. The rooms are small, but no problem with that. The shower was hot - always a winner for me. I left my bags at reception after checking out, while waiting for my flight and someone scratched through my bag. Advice to others - make sure your bags are locked securely if you leave them there for safe- keeping, even for a short time.
