Good location, near station and restaurants, had a television in the room. The room was very small, no room service offered and nothing in the mini bar. |

Even though the room is pretty small, everything falls into place: the placement of the furniture, design of the bathroom, etc. It's quiet, and pretty clean. Very easy access from airport (the bus stops almost right in front of the hotel), and there is a subway station 2 blocks away. There was a nice touch with the electric water kettle, so there is always hot water. I drank from the kettle and started coughing. On the last day, I took a look inside the kettle, and there was white powder coating the base of it..I wished they clean the water kettle everyday, because people can get sick from drinking dirty water from it. Not all the staff spoke English as well, so when I tried to get the direction to use the phone for international phone call, they had to transfer me 3 times before someone actually understood what I asked. |

The location where transportation is good. The charge of using internet is too expensive, HK30 per hour. It should be free of charge. |

The hotel is very clean, the staff are helpfull. Outside the hotel are a lot of shops and restaurants. Far from Hong Kong but the public transport is easy and cheap. Internet in the room is expansive. |

The location is good. It is tiny. The first night was terrible as it was very noisy because the room was closed to street. |

Located conveniently for our business in the TsuenWan area. Very close by foot to Tsuen Wan MTR station. Price was right. Room is small, not good if you intend to hold a birthday party. If you intend just to sleep in the room, then it is perfect ;-) |

It was clean and with complete toiletries. Requests from housekeeping were attended to very quickly. Location was excellent - very near the MTR and cheap eateries serving delicious dimsum at the backstreet. some front desk personnel need to learn how to greet with a smile and sound a bit cheery. |

Easy to access by airport bus and shopping area is nearby at cheap price. The bed is too short and our legs always outside the bed. |

Clean room, friendly staff but could have been more proactive in service, near to MTR, though it is a 5-7 mins walk away, apparently the nearest to Tsuen Wan MTR. No complimentary mineral water, no WiFi, beds aren't exactly comfortable |

1. Clean. 2. Nearby Tsuan Wan MRT, around 5 mins by foot. 3. Located in the popular area, it's convenient to have a meal. 1. Room space is a little small, however, I live alone so it's okay for me |

Fast service of hotel staff, very courteous, very good value for money. Very comfortable hotel for that price which usually can only get you a hostel room. The location was rather far from the city area, but then again there are so many small shops and great, cheap food around the hotel vicinity which I believe was a neighbourhood area of Hong Kong. |

The hotel was ok to be used as we needed a stopover for China but would not recommend to others unless only staying for the stopover as the room was far too smaLL The room was far too small for what would have been had we wanted anything but stopover |
