Location, shopping and eating are all nearby. The MTR and buses are also nearby. Free internet. Safe in room. The rooms are tiny. There are no space to store your suitcase, and only one drawer for anything. Shower is also tiny. I would only recommend the hotel for a single traveler. I booked this hotel because my friends live in this township.

it was quiet near to the MTR Station (Tsuen Wan) and it provided breakfast Too expensive comparing the hotel class (very small room) and location (distance to downtown).

It's pretty much a no frills barebone hotel. Clean sheets, TV, clean bathroom. It's pretty old, the bed is actually very short, not good for tall guess. I'm 6" and it was too short.

The location is fairly good as it is not far from the MTR (about 7 to 10 mins walk). The best thing is that it is close to a couple of local malls. The room is too small. The air conditioning does not work well. That is, the temp stays the same no matter how to adjust it. So it can become too cold. Cannot open any window so we still need to turn the air condition on during winter! Toilet stinks a bit and if we turn off the air condition, smell comes out from the toilet. Noisy at night, wall insulation is not good.

The room is clean and pleasant enough to sleep in. The security is good too and there are a lot of places to hunt for food. Very near the MTR station. Near Airport and Disneyland. The hotel receptionist was very rude when we get there. We were all tired from our flight and I was very disappointed with how they accommodated us. The room is very small, if you have luggage it would be very difficult to move.

They had a fantastic non-smoking 11th floor which had a small, yet comfortable room with a great view. The supermarkets were just outside the hotel and MTR station was just minutes away. Very convenient. Room size was a bit tiny and the space on the table was hardly enough for a 13 inch laptop.

Its promity to transportation facilities, convenience stores and eateries. We were given the wrong room category and had to sleep in their during the first 2 nights. Our booking reservation was for a Deluxe room but was given a standard 2 small single bed and awfully small room. I showed the counter attendant my booking info but was told no available Deluxe room. And on top of that when we went for breakfast we were told that our room number indicates that we're not entitled a breakfast buffet. It took them minutes to verify before we were allowed to eat breakfast. My uncle who booked the room for us had to make a call the hotel front desk from the states to get the mess starightened out. And so we were transferred to a Deluxe room on the 3rd day. This hotel really ruined my honeymoon in a very unexpected way!

5 mins walk to the mtr and next door to Citistore shopping mall. Plenty of local food stalls to eat at. Complimentray internet is available at the 6th floor coffee house but has 2 computers which can be full occupied at times. The wireless service in the room is chargeable.

The staff is friendly, location is convenient and I had a comfortable and good rest. You do not have a shuttle from the airport. My bad experience was taking the public bus to your hotel where the bus driver was rude since I do not speak Mandarin and he does not speak English. He did not have to be rude in the first place, that was a nasty experience. I feel sad that he had to be so rude to tourist when he should have been kinder in order to give a much better impression of Hong Kong. It was my first time in Hong Kong. Therefore, please have a shuttle bus specially dedicated to your hotel.

Location - was close to friends and the Metro. Rooms were a bit small but comfortable. Room was cold - heat didn't seem to work. Staff did not seem to know the meaning of "Do not disturb" sign on door.
