The breakfast and wifi. Regular Shuttle bus
Very nice staff, clean and well-equipped bedroom, excellent breakfast!
noise coming from other rooms/noisy Chinese guests until late hours!!
Outdated furniture n bathroom need redo
Location is good. Staff is decent. Breakfast was decent.
Room size was very tiny. No place to keep your bags as well.
- room small, but not to small - the showers (very good water pressure) - breakfast - Newspaper -WiFi good - close to MTR (EXIT B !!!, follow the sign to Landmark, its close to the Landmark Mall) -free shuttle -good for shopping (3rd station with MTR , there is the Metro plaza with a good German Restaurant) -around the corner a good Sushi place
- on my last day, it was more busy at breakfast and they don't fill up) - when groups of mainland Chinese arrives, it's loud and crowded and it takes a lot of time to get up, because only 2 Lifts !!! I stayed on the 10th floor and walked up, but if you stay on the higher floors it's a good work out ! - On the weekend the prices get up and than I would prefer a Hotel in the City , because than you get better deals ! - need 30 Minutes into town !!!
Friendly staff and strong wifi
traditional HKese style with city viewing e,g citywalk.
pretty small of room and bath
Bed too short and hard Shower area very squeezing Noisy
Although room is small, it is new, clean, great service from staff. Efficient.
They do not have an ointment to cure burns if you suffer a boiled water burn on your hand. Subway station is near, but it is far from downtown.
Location is good: 1) to access to transport 2) easy to buy goods for daily use
The bus stop and metro were very very close!!
Only two elevators...they should have the stairs accessible.
Free shuttle bus to MTR station & Mon Kok shopping center. Housing keeping service is friendly and politely.
Should make the whole factility smoking free. Improve the cleaniess of the facility as now the hotel is having reconstruction project which I was not told during my booking. The TV screen is too small.
the staff was very polite and hospitable.
I didn't like the fact the some gentleman came and shut my room door without asking me why I had it opened in the first place. This was very rude. Besides, he didn't even knock on the door first. Was he the owner....??????
Window can't open and bad air ventilation
service and politeness
The location is very good. It's walking distance to the MTR and food can easily be found near the hotel. There is also quite a number of shops around it. The staffs are also very friendly and the room is also quite good.
The room is a bit too small for 3 person and the water flow in the bathroom is too slow which will flood up the shower area.
It was a convenient place to sleep near to the train system to get to the sourcing fair at the airport. The subway system got you anywhere you wanted to go and was easy to use. The service was fine.
The room was very small for 2 people on two single beds. It was the hardest bed I have slept on in any hotel. No cupboard space provided. You had to interchange the luggage between the floor and the bed. If you wanted floor space the luggage had to be on the bed and vice versa. But then again - most accommodation in Hong Kong is over-priced. For the same price in mainland China you get a 4 star hotel with ample space in a good area.
Good Location Near Shopping Malls, Near Mobile Shops, Near Tsuen Wan MTR, Near Convenient Store, Near Restaurants, Rooms With Free Wi-Fi, Free Shuttle To Mongkok & Tsing Yi.
Small Room & Bathroom, Old Facilities.
Location - easy access to shops and restaurants
Accessible to public transportation Near shopping centres Clean and comfortable room Staff are nice
Room is really small. Only good for one person. A bit noisy due to renovation.
Room is too small
Good location, near MTR and bus stop
Walking distance to MTR. Provide free shuttle bus to MTR. Food, shopping is everywhere.
For Muslim going to stay this area is quite difficult to get halal food.
The location was good for my purpose
Small, which is not unusual for HK, but the layout of the room was strange. Curtains hang above the bed, which makes the usable sleeping area of the bed a lot smaller. Very noisy, could hear other guests the whole night. (Not only the hotels fault, the mainland visitors were just VERY noisy, even after I spoke to them about it, several times).
Nothing i like
very old rooms
