great breakfast buffet wonderful view from the rooms in the upper floor cool bathroom with view to room... cool.. <3 nice staff, very kind and informed very clean and modern If you like to stay a little away from the rush, then it is a good place for you. We enjoyed our stay completely and will stay in this hotel again on our next trip. For sure.

location is a little far from center, there is a shuttle Bus available from the hotel, but it has to little departure times in morning till lunchtime and most of the shuttles go to the malls around... Would be more convenient to make a shuttle every hour p. ex. to Kowloon instead of the malls.. around the hotel it is a little bit empty, so if you are up to the Hongkong sites, it is probably easier to stay more central. approx. 30 min all in all from hotel to Kowloon if you take subway.

Location – need to switch mtr two times to get to locations along the Island Line.

The concierge team and the shuttle team were impresdively professional and frendly. Booked for my families, room 1708. Especially thank to the shuttle driver Mr Chen, very helpful.

The shuttle service is really helpful due to the distance to the center. The breakfast is quite good. Great money to value ratio.

This is a very clean/tidy and luxurious hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, we would definitely come back again albeit the fact that it is not really close to the city centre. (But then again the provision of shuttle bus in a way mitigates this inconvenience)

Good services, satisfy breakfast

It was a great hotel with very helpful and patient hotel staff. The service was great and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Each room is equipped with a large LCD TV. I had some events happening at the nearby KIMAX and pretty much needed internet everyday while I was in HK. The Hotel provided me with free wifi connection which usually costs about at least 100HKD per day in other hotels.

The location of the hotel was abit far from Central and some of the shopping districts like TST and Mongkok. However the hotel had shuttle bus services and was was very close to the MTR, about 5 min walk anyway.

Beautiful see of town from the 28 floor. Always clean. Free newspaper in the morning. Very brand new room with all services.No noise. 5 min walk to metro station.

The staff where very friendly and helpful, mostly good English. The breakfast each moring was very good, they should do the same for a dinner buffet as the Resturant menu and places near by are to pricey! The room was very clean but rather small. The bed was very comfortable, they need to offer more variety on the television ( English, movies, sport, cable programs. They didn't have dvd player or radio, only apple hook up. I liked local bus, easy walk to train station and shopping centre.I Don't agree with charging extra %10 on stay!

There was very loud noise in bathroom ceiling, changed room but it was similar 1 floor down? Shower is all glass which leaks into bathroom when taking shower. There pool and business centre where not open? There lobby is ver small.They should have information on all local Resturants with menu.s, types of food, prices, etc. They need to have better maps of area and places to go see and visit, there map was very small and hard to use. Price could be a little lower when staying for a week or more.

Good location, despite being located on a back street. It is an upcoming but safe area. The nearest MTR station 8 minutes away. Also it is a few minutes from the boat, so it is easy to go accross to the island.

The hotel staff are helpful, Shuttle bus is convient to JianSha Zui. Room is clean and comfort with mordern facility.

They are new hotel and therefore all facilites are so NEW and clean! Also, they have shuttle bus to Kwun Tong city centre and TST as well...this is good for tourists!!

Location is not the best but still acceptable. However, when we have a long day walking in Kowloon and Hong Kong area, sometimes it's very exhausted to travel long way from the city to Kwun Tong station and still have to walk for 10 mins to the hotel.

The hotel is great. Excellent view from the bedroom, tasteful decoration, and helpful staff. The breakfast is terrific and there is wi-fi in the entire hotel, including the room. I have absolutely no complains about it. When I made the reservation there was no reviews yet, since the hotel is brand new, and I was surprise about the location low score. It is not in the heart of hong kong, but it's very ok. There is a cafe right in front, lots of stores and things around, and a shopping mall a couple of blocks from there. Besides, there is a hotel van that takes to the main station every hour. Very convenient.
