Staff were extra helpful but not intrusive. Standard room was clean and tidy but upgraded to deluxe room which was newly renovated and lovely - not huge, but good size for Hong Kong. Breakfast, included in our price, was that of a 5star hotel. Would definately recommend and would definately stay there again |

The staff are very helpful and accommodating. They were very patient and provided information for us to see places in Hongkong. Something that can be improved on is the toilet and bath is the installation of locks |

Great Hotel in a good location, really close to the Night Markets. The room was smart and comfortable and nice to have a pool to cool off in after a day of walking around town. |

Central location for exploring HK. Comfortable rooms represent value for money. Internet charges are deliberately structured to extract maximum rate if HKD 130/day.Most unfair to the 2/3 Hr/day user. It effectively adds this amount to the daily bill.Internet should be free in this grade of hotel |

the location is very good and the traffic is convenient.Easy to shopping around. I put the remark when i did the online booking, the staff did not know that at all. when my relatives did the check -in, they had to change the other room for the extra bed. i hope this will not happen again. |

The pool and gym was closed for the duration of my stay. The room was supposed to be deluxe but it wasn't. |

The friendliness and advice given from the time we booked in till leaving in the Taxi by all the staff and a superb meal and service both in the Chinese Restaurant and Breakfast restaurant,nothing was too much trouble. The see through Bathroom |

Pool at the roof was luxury. Gym was well equipped. Location of hotel is very good very near Miller St, Mong Kok and Ladies Market. Great place to orientate to Hong Kong way of shopping. |
