Eaton Smart Hong Kong (Previously known as Eaton Hotel)  

Good location. Near metro station. Rooms are small, but that's normal for hong kong. Bed was comfortable. Clean and practical. No bad experiences at all for me. Staff was efficient and helpful as well. Gym looked very good too, for those that have the time for it. Use it. There is a free shuttle just outside the hotel going to kowloon station every 12min. From there you can catch the airport express at 90 hk $. and you can check in for your flight at the kowloon station directly and spend some time at the mall there. Very very nice! And don't have to carry your luggage on te train etc. the train is very modern and definitely worth a trip. Forget the taxi or other hotel shuttles to the airport. The airport express is definitely something i'd highly recommend!!!

To be honest I expected something worst and then was plesently surprised. The foto on booking.com looked a bit outdated. But when I arrived there I was happy to see the modern look of the hotel. Very nice and good value for money

Outstanding hotel for the money! Great staff, clean nice rooms and the location is perfect on Nathan road. The hotel even noticed that I had my 30th birthday and they arranged a surprise! Outstanding hotel! The hotel has a free shuttlebus from Kowloon station, bus k1. Works great! The hotel is also very close to Jordan mtr that can take you to ladies market and so on. Bus number 6 outside the hotel will take you to the shopping areas in the harbor. I will continue to stay with Eaton hotel every time I go to Hong Kong.

Kindness off staff,and privacy

Location is very convenient although not in the center of Kowloon Hong Kong, It is surrounded by shopping centers, restaurants, 7-11 store, starbuck, money changers and only few minutes walk to Jordan Mtr station. There are 3 computers in the lobby for guest use free of charge. We were able to book on a promo rate and comes with free buffet breakfast for 2 that is delicious. Our rooms were even upgraded to a deluxe room. Rooms are very clean and with tea and coffee, drinking water, lcd tv, ipod speakers, slippers, safe, bathtub and nice to sleep bed with matching pillows. Very much value for money and satisfied during our stay.

No complimentary wifi in room and lobby.

Its proximity to MTR-Jordan station. The buffet breakfast is very good, has a very wide options to choose from. We were upgraded for free to a deluxe room which was very much appreciated. Hotel staff were very polite and accommodating. They even gave my kids kits which includes activity books with crayon and bath set.

We booked 3rooms, check-in time was 3pm. We arrived at the hotel a few minutes before 3pm and was able to check-in but the rooms were not ready yet. One room was ready at 4pm, the other was at 5pm and the last room was before 6pm. The hotel staff told us that it there is only one staff assigned to clean in each floor but other than that, everything was great.

The reception area is too small and located not easy to access. As a four star hotel, I think its the time to renvolate the reception area, i suggested that they should move the existing japanese rest. and the Starbucks bar and relocate the reception there.

Staff excellent, dining excellent. Room small but comfortable. No problems at all. We would stay there again, It was recommended to us and we would recommend it to anyone.

At the time of our booking the hotel's website was advertising breakfast included but when we booked through hotel they declined this offer. We then booked through booking.com and had breakfast included.

In room facilities were very good

Location is very convenient. Major bus routes pass through the hotel, including the airport bus a21, which stop is just right across Nathan street. If you are up for a walk, you can go to Mongkok shopping district by foot, or go to the opposite direction to Tsim Sha Tsui. The room was modern but slightly tiny. Hotel staffs were helpful. Gym facility is great, pool is small.

The e-Point area for internet use near the lobby could use additional stations. 3 PCs are sometimes too few. A free wifi would be really nice, even if it's just in the lobby area
