convenient location with MTR and food outlet, shops just within walking distance. Rooms and beds are comfortable and quiet eventhough it is in the city centre. |

Check in was a breeze with friendly staff, hotel was just as I remembered it. Clean and close to everything. Although I paid for a deluxe room I remember my standard room I stayed in last year was a was much nicer and bigger. |

the location was excellent and it offered free internet. they also offered a shuttle to the airport express train the hotel was alittle wore out. i could imagine at one time that it was a great modern hotel, but it seems like it might be due a remodel... |

The swimming pool was in a beautiful and relaxing area, the free internet was handy and the bedroom was kept beautifully clean. Our breakfast order was forgotten, which was a shame, but at least once the issue was raised the manager on duty apologised and sorted out the problem. |

Central location, easy access to main stations, fair value for money. Lack some basic toiletries, e.g. disposable shaver and toothbrush/paste. Check-in time was not adhered to which would affect those who need to freshen up after a long-haul flight. |

The staff were great, location great, and the pool on the roof was great! The airport service should run early, for those earlier flights, and is a bit expensive! |

It's a fantastic deal.. The room is fantastic!! It's very very very clean, the room size is great, the furnitures are new and the breakfast was good. We got upgraded to deluxe so the room is huge (for hk standard). I've not seen the standard room so sorry guys I can't comment much here. For first timers to hk, I would 10000% recommend you to stay at least 1 night here because you should experience at least 1 night partying at lkf, then just hop on a taxi to the hotel.. It only costs hkd 18. Otherwise it's only 20 mins slow walk... This is the best hotel near lkf. After 1 night of partying just book eaton hotel in Jordan (Kowloon), I really loved Eaton... (Look for my reviews on Eaton in this site). Other than it's proximity to the tram & lkf, I did not like the location at all. It's not within walking distance to any mtr station. Walking is painful because it's uphill so be prepared to get lazy and pay approx hkd25 for taxi to mtr. It's ok if it's your first time in hk because you're probably out exploring hk during the day (ending up @ the peak), then just take a tram back to hotel, wash up & walk (downhill) to lkf. My biggest disappointment is the staff don't know how to smile. And they don't have razors in this hotel(!). |

We enjoyed the quiet, the pool, the use of internet, and most of all the vicinity of rail network. Computers need to be checked re working order more frequently. |

very convinience. located within walking distance to bus stop, jardon mrt station. 7-eleven is just opposite the hotel. hotel staff are friendly. room size and bed are rather small. As our son was sleeping with us, the double bed seems cannot accomodate three of us. |

Decent size room; Early check in at low extra cost was very useful to us as we arrived on an overnight flight; Two key cards supplied to room so we didn't have to juggle keys if we wanted to pop out separately; Excellent roof-top pool; Nice restaurants within hotel (we ate at the Japanese and the Chinese restaurants and both were very good). Inefficient check-out (we had to abandon our keys and run after waiting over 5 minutes to move at all in the queue) although this was the only instance during our stay of staff not being very on the ball; No non- smoking rooms were available (although our room was very clean it smelled quite strongly of stale smoke and as the rooms are air conditioned and high up, none of the windows open either so it wasn't possible to air the room at all). |

It was my third time with this hotel. I did enjoy the breakfest and the good choices of restaurant in the vacinity. It is close to the subway station and lot of shopping within walking distance. 24-hour convenience store and restaurent just in front of the the hotel and many bisinesses stay way into the night. It is so easy to get a taxi which is essential for me. The gym and roof-top pool are also very enjoyable. I can't think of anything specific, may be get rid of the long distance bus station in front of the hotel. |

We found the Eaton Hotel to be a very satisfactory place to stay in Hong Kong. It was clean and very conveniently located. It had a rooftop pool which was a refreshing place to be after a long day walking the streets. For a family of 6 trying to keep costs down breakfast was expensive so we bought buns and fruit at the shops across the road |

The room was quite big and had nice views. The best part was the hotel pool with comfortable sunbeds and drink and snack service to the pool area. The location near metro station was good. Traffic noise at times duringt the night kept us awake. Breakfast, room service menu and minibar was expensive (did´t use them). |

I liked the attentiveness of the staff & their accommodating changes to our original booking. The rooms were very clean & well stocked. The pool was lovely, very pleasant to sit by & swim in. The food available in the hotel was good quality, plentiful with a particularly good breakfast buffet. I travelled with a disabled 13 year old & staff were extremely helpful with taxis and general moving around the hotel. Not really - rooms a little small but that is usual in Hong Kong - the size didn't inhibit our enjoyment & we were negotiating a wheelchair & a walking frame! They may provide rooms specifically for disabled visitors but as my daughter isn't confined to a wheelchair we didn't pursue this option. |
