Good facilities, staff were very friendly

Bathrooms were very unclean. Had mold in the showers.

Location : perfect for connecting to Central and shopping areas. Free Internet both in room and lobby n morning newspaper. Having canned peach for breakfast fine enough but everyday menu..the same!? I noticed a staff walking around the building checking whether everything is in tidiness.. good.. good..but too bad some people passing by make the road in front of the hotel dirty sometime. Many tasty restaurants/ 7-11 in front of the hotel. Just ignore street bars all around that area!l

Staff at counter not that nice, should practice more of int'l dos and don'ts. Humble and soft speaking tone will calm down every thing..

The towels and tub had strands of long hair. The towel was fresh, but the person who handled it must have had falling hair or whatever. Found this gross. They should do a cleanliness quality check.

Great location close to the Wanchai mtr station.

Even by Hong Kong standards, the room was small and the bathroom was tiny, and I'm not a tall or fat guy at all. Check-in was slow and after going to my room, I had to wait 30 minutes before my luggage was delivered.

Staff there are very rude and not helpful at all. Moreover, the breakfast quality is horrible i tried once and I didn't dare to eat there for the remining 2 days although i have already paid for it

It was only 7-8 minutes walk to Hong Kong excibition center. Also metro station was very near.

Close proximity to Wan Chai mtr Staff were helpful. Free wi fi

Corridors a bit dingy Rooms were a bit on the small side although that is what you get in hk Breakfast buffet was "adequate" but after 6 days very boring. Room service requests were slow E.g over one hour on two occasions when requests were made. The room had been renovated but the bathroom was clear glass suround withn the room - although blinds had been installed in the bathroom. A better idea would have been to have installed milky/opaque glass and voilà! No need for blinds which were close to the shower ( which is within the bath) and would, in time, require cleaning. Hotel is in process of being upgraded - need to ensure that you are not fobbed off into an unrenovated room as the price is still the same!

I requested daily newspaper, never received one Shuttle service no good, took 30 mins to IFC

The location is sufficent.

the rooms are exteremly dirty. And housekeeping doesn't know anything about cleaning. The room service takes orders but doesn't serve. When you compare with the room rates, the rooms are very small and the rooms urgently need maintanence.

Rooms were sufficient and clean..

No wardrobe and lack of clothes space. Shower was over the bath, no walk in. High charges f.or internet access

The room was beautiful and immaculate and the staff was helpful and great. The bed was very soft and luxurious.

The location was the only downside to the hotel as it was quite far from the city center.

Nice bedroom with good facilities. Good position, very central.

The staff at the front desk where very good and friendly.

The staff at the cafe at the lower ground were totally opposite to the front desk team. Very cold and unfriendly staff and limited food option.

They won't attentive . I added an extra bed in my suite room. the extra bed was there but no towel ,toothbrush nothing .just the bed came.

It's a good place to stay on Hong Kong island especially for me who went there to attend a show at the HKCEC. It's not too far to walk to the HKCEC, MTR, Tram, market streets, restaurants. The Airport Express free shuttle bus from the AE station to the hotel is also available.

Convenient location, close to MRT Wanchai but MRT is not needed as taxi cheap

I have stayed there a lot because it is such and excellent location, and is good value for money.

It is a more Chinese hotel, and therefore not many staff speak good English. Reception don't know what is going on, E.G. they told me the pool for closed for at least a month, and it was open. Concierge desk are a bit useless.

Everything was fine for my business trip.

there was nothing at all.

Excellent value for money in Hong Kong, and in a terrific location. Superb staff and very good rooms indeed. We will stay there again

Location is perfect. Good value for money.

It looked like the hotel is not yet ready. Lobby with no decoration, swimming pool is under construction. Rooms are smaller then expected.
