Bra service, t ex gratis bagageförvaring efter utcheckning. Väl städat, sköna sängar, bra komfort Att fitnesscenter/pool öppnade sent (7.30) och stängde tidigt (19.30) vilket gjorde att jag tyvärr aldrig hade möjlighet att utnyttja dessa faciliteter, vilket jag hade sett fram emot. |

Location was great. Staff was good. The toilet was broken. The rooms seemed 'old'. The hallways had a bad odor. |

The hotel is situated in the Heart of Hong Kong & its WANCHAI. There is great food & great night life. |

level of comfort and luxury in room. Was up-graded to suite at n/c room was smoky even though it was a non-smoking room. The hotel in general seemed very smoky. |

Being greeted politely by staff at the door. Gym facilities on floor 21. Security in lifts and the hotel's situation. The bathroom door. |

When I arrived that night, the hotel was overbooked. It was actually the week of Labour Day. The reception staff then put me in a Suite Room for one night. Really appreciate their effort to make my trip easy. Thank you. |

Convenient for meetings since it is located within Wan Chai area. No in-house movie and complimentary internet like other hotels around the world that I have stayed which is equivalent to this hotel's standard. |

The location is great for individual, especially single, who enjoys the night life and just go down for a drink without much walking. The staff needs to smile when greeting guest. From the time I checked in to the time I checked out, I haven't see a smile and it's making the stay very unpleasant. The room is quite small and the cleaniness is near motel standard in my opinion. During my long travel around Asia, this is far the worst out of the 3 to 5 stars hotel. |

conveniently located & easy accessible by all means of transport. (Especially taking Citybus Flyer direct from airport & taking express train to airport from HK station). Night activities within precint are mostly pubs & night clubs & not many dessert stalls around the hotel area. |

location relative to exhibition centre First morning woke at 9.15 to a hammer drill in our wall. We were moved but the toilet did not flush and the remote did not work |
