That it was very central to Kowloon and other tourist locations.

Rooms are very small and we could not spend anytime in the room comfortably because of the size.

Location and easily access to mtr station and bus to/from airport

the aircondition was too loud

The location is very good, two blocks from metro station and 1km from TST. The price compared to other hotels compared to the location is better.

The rooms are extremely small, but then again that's normal for hotels in HK. The food from room service is not very good and it is very chinese made like. The breakfast could be better as well, there is no fruits, eggs or others. There is no safety deposit box in the room only in the reception. For last, the hotel does'nt have an parking space so you have to get the taxi on the street under the rain.

Excellent location for good food and night shopping. Easy access to transportation airport and city. Affortable price and well recommended by friend, I will always mentioned Evergreen Hotel to relatives and friend if they are going to Hong Kong.

No windows to view outside.

The location is near enough to Nathan Road and the mtr station. Good and reasonably priced restaurants are all around. The night markets are two blocks away in both directions. The staff are friendly and very cooperative. Use of wired internet connection is free.

Clean and comfortable if a little shabby. Good shower power! 5 min walk to station and the brilliant Temple Street Market. £3 breakfast was good-as much toast butter/jam and tea as you liked. Other things available for the more adventurous.

Nice location to all bussiness shopping area as well as metro station.

The room is extreme small with no window and very wet in the room with lots of noise going on all night!

Location is fantastic for the price compared to other accommodation. The staff are knowledgable, friendly and speak good English. It suited our needs as a base to explore hk.

The room was adequate, but it was clean that the service for those who book through booking.com was less than other people who booked there.

When I arrived the clerks at the desk were rude and not at all helpful. There was no suggestion of where I could eat. I definitely felt that as a single mature woman traveling alone I was looked on as someone not worth their time.

It's a good location and friendly hotel

Location is great! Room is not big but not so small. Computer room with 5 PCs with cams, free internet and free printer. Elevador is nice, stair well illuminated. Not noisy, friendly staff - especially the day bellman responsible for luggage storage. I will come back.

Wifi has a weak signal at bed/table but is good if you stay close to the door.

Good facilities for guests, such as a computer room, including printer, and a self-service laundry, with washing machine and driers, and a shoe- shining machine. The hotel is located in a very lively area, with many good restaurants, eating houses and hawker centres around. Jordan Curry House across the road has very good Indian food but you have to ask them for the Set Lunch menu.

This was one of two hotels we stayed in (for three nights each) and we actually preferred the other one, which was also about two thirds the price. The room was rather small, even by Hong Kong standards, and the window could not be opened. We like to have some fresh air. No safe in the room, unlike the other hotel. The main criticism though is that the buffet breakfast was very poor - and we were not allowed to cancel the breakfast after experiencing it the first morning.
