Evergreen Hotel  

The location is perfect, just 5 min walk to Jordan metro station. We stayed there only 1 nignt on our back way from Taiwan and it was nice there. Staff is friendly and helpful.

We stayed on the first floor and it was a little bit noisy on the street in the night. The bathroom was small.

Friendly Staff. Good accommodations. Clean. Good value.

Clean. staffs were kind. Windows there.

amenities were too expensive I think. water was 12 HKD although at the convenience store at the very next of the hotel it was 6 HKD.

Very near to the station. Transportation very convenience. Night market just on the next street.

The location is quite good, very central.

The room we had this time was not renovated, the wall of the bathroom in need of repair. Too expensive for the comfort provided. However, I have to say that I stayed in this hotel before and was quite satisfied since the room at the previous stays were renovated and new.

The location is very near along Nathan Road. Close proximity to Jordan Station and Temple Night Market is a street behind us.

The manager didn't know that we were inside the room and while we were in the room, he just opened our door and break our latch. He apologized then wanted to go away. I had to shout at him 'You broke my lock and better fix it'. Then he understood that he need to fix it. However, it takes them an hour to fix my lock back. The safety of the hotel seems can be compromised as even the management staff doesn't know whether there is an occupant inside a room. Bad management. While, we were eating breakfast, we saw bed bugs and small cockroaches crawling on the wall. Immediately, we stopped eating and wonder whether our bed has bed bugs as well.

Fussy people might not like the fact that the rooms are small. For us it was absolutely fine!

The receptionist was really friendly and easy to understand. They placed a note under the door when they weren't able to clean the room because of the do not disturb sign. The room was cleaned well. Overall, I can say that I'm satisfied with the service and I won't hesitate to book this hotel again if I ever return to HK.

There was only one wall outlet in our room and it was already used by the router. I wish there was an extension or something. Also, because I booked 2 rooms (twin & double), I saw that the double room didn't have the bath tub unlike the twin room. Lastly, I wish there were cotton buds/swabs in the bathroom.

Location Good breakfast Small, but nice room

shower cabin is quite small. Strange flushing system of the toilet - you have to flush several times to flush all. Outside temperature was around 15 C and it was quite cold in the room. We asked for the heater, but when we came, the airco was switched to full-coldness... Ah! We used a heater, did we need switching of airco? Maybe rooms without window are less cold...

I think the hotel is very good. Everything works: you have wifi in your room, the tv has good movies in english, the location is very good, it is clean, the bed is confortable, they clean the room every day and change the towels, you have a dry hair machine... If you ask for a room with a window and slitent, ir really works. Oh, and you have free laundry.
