Evergreen Hotel  

Very good location.

Forget the breakfast not to recomend for Europiens. Around the corner is a Mc Donald coffee shop.

That it was very central to Kowloon and other tourist locations.

Rooms are very small and we could not spend anytime in the room comfortably because of the size.

There was a Wi-Fi in the room

The room was tiny!!! The room was dirty!!! There was supposed to be a laundry service for free' but was not!!! Charged money for washing powder.

The staff was friendly, very helpful and they all spoke English well. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The location is good, close to Jordan mtr and I walked multiple times to the avenue of stars and the area where there is a ferry to hk island. Great price in a city where it is tough to find a hotel for less than $100/night. Highly recommended, would stay here again.

Some noise from the street outside, but nothing that kept me up at night. Shower was a bit small, but that's to be expected. Also, i'm 187cm so showers are often too small for me.

1.The staff at the front desk should be more friendly and should greet guests with warmth. They look more robotic. 2.The gentlemen waiting at the lifts are more friendly. 3.The staff at the cafetaria and housekeeping were very helpful, friendly and greeted the guest with a very warm "Good morning" In your screen saver you mentioned you are a 3 star hotel but you have a team of 5 star hotel. I agree with you on Item 2 and 3 but not item 1 That's all that I can comment. Thank you. I will come back again.

Convenience. But the service of the hotel is not good and the water supply not enough.

Free Internet incl free printing, courteous and helpful staff, good location for shopping, food and transport (mtr and bus, incl airport bus), spotlessly clean bathroom, recently refurbished rooms, comfortable beds and pillows. Great value for money!

The location is awesome! Near train stations and a lot of good food around!

- Booked for "Economy Double Room" but was given 2 single beds. - Air-con in room leaking. - Wi-fi in room weak sometimes. - Awful smell at the corner of the road (next to 7-Eleven) - It will be good if the hotel can "refurbished" a bit.

The location was excellent. Close to Temple Street Markets and the Jade Markets and close to an mtr station. The staff were kind and spoke English well.

The windows were not double glazed and some street noise came in.
