there outstanding customer service. The manager was helpful when my wallet got stolen on the mrt. He assisted myself in helping cancel my credit cards and taking myself to the polce station to help report the matter. |

Clean sheets The tv broke on the last day, I think they should have adequate repair services or at least apologize. |

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It had an excellent location, nice clean rooms and friendly staff. It had good facilities, in particular a computer room with free internet, free laundry facilities as well as a shuttle service to and from the airport. More choices are needed for the english breakfast. Only one type of cereal and one type of spread were provided. |

conveniently located, near train station and bus stops, near night market, clean, value for money, inclusive of buffet breakfast. Receptionists were helpful, some staff were very polite. one staff was very unhelpful, he could clearly see that I was in need of someone to open the door for me, he was just sitting there doing nothing. One staff at the dining area was very abrupt, no smiles, just want you to hurry and finish your breakfast. you can hear the traffic noise if your room is near the street. |

Its location is convenient. The price is reasonable and the standard is high. Most of all, it is bright, clean and tidy. The aircom in the room is not up to the standard. We put the temperature to the lowest, and yet we have to sleep without the blanket. I think it was just a fan blowing. |

Was close to street markets, supermarkets, restaurants. Very close to City and Airport Bus services and the MTR train station is near. The ability of staff to communicate in English over the phone was poor, however face to face was ok. No Room Service and kitchen only opens at 6:30am for breakfast, no flexibility for people needing to catch an early bus to the airport. |

It was so close to the night markets and the shopping areas that were not too expensive. It was so easy to walk around everywhere . The excellent staff were very friendly and helpful and I would stay again. Good Hotel rates also made it possible for me to stay there. |

Very good value for money. Good central location near Jordan MTR. Staff were friendly and helpful. Free internet available which was a bonus. Room was small but very tidy. Hotel reasonably easy to find on a quieter side street. |

Breakfast, Fast Internet included in the price and big room (for Hong Kong) with 2 beds, a window and a decent bathroom. Plan of room and dimensions are shown on their website. Right in the middle of all the Markets and Nathan Rd. Good value. The air-con was cool but did not de-humidify the air very well. |

Location in the middle of shopping area, close to Nathan Road. Very good to reach with bus A21 from airport, the stop on Nathan Road is just 100 meters away from the hotel. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Internet free in the room, worked well. Very attractive price. Breakfast is Asian type. Some improvements possible to meet European taste. |

Free internet services and breakfast, and great location. No service charge on top of room rate shown on internet site. Room has no windows, and is very small, even witthout extra bed. Hardly any space for luggage. |

We booked for 11 nights, but when we arrived we realised that the room was very very small, so we only stayed for 1 night & search for another hotel for the rest of our trip. Rooms are too small |
