Service was good , bed was comfortable and wifi was great. Room wasn't big but it had everything you need and aircon was good. 7-11 right next door and markets next street over. Has a good laundry too.
hotel has its own guest laundry facility whihc is rare in hongkong; there are 2 computers and a printer along the hallway near elevator for customer use; clean room and hallways; fast internet inside the room bec you have your own wifi
smell in the lobby is too strong; mminimal TV cable channel and not so friendly and helpful receptiion people. They should smile more. Your customers deserve at least a smile.
Public transport access
The location is great ,staff is friendly ,bed comfortable.
No opening window.
good price. decent room size. very close to mtr station. close to a lot of places to eat and shop.
it's not on the map and booking.com says. It's 2 parallel streets in tha back(not accross nathan road). a bit too noisy for rooms with windows at the street.
Simple hotel with nessasary facilities.Nearer to Restarants, Transportation.Staff are good and Provide guidance.WIFI facility is another advantage to operate Personal laps/ Tabs.
Room is small compared to the Price paid for it. Bathroom, particularly shower area Is too narrow.it is difficult for a fat Man to bath.
Very bad room,
Very small room No clean
Good location with many eataries around. Near mtr station and temple street. Very helpful bellboy mr bernard and ms chooi was kind enough to share some knowledge of what to do. They even showed us the room in advance so that we can choose. No regrets staying here.
Poor air conditioning
Location, even though i stayed in nearby hotel once i did not know that was an airport shuttle just across the street. So this is a big plus for travelers looking for a short stopover, cheap and quick. Small amount of deposit - 100 HKD.
Well, lots of things: Room - very small, under 10 square meters, it might be okay for Hong Kong budget hotels, but you can find better hotel for the same price on the street nearby (so not justified)! There was no elevator on the 4th floor, so please keep in mind if you have heavy bags. The bed for two was very slim, it was hard to sleep in those conditions. very low ceelings, almost touched my head to the top in the bathroom (so that makes it only 183 cm!
Helpful staff and location.
I was in a room at the rear of the hotel with a noisy air conditioning unit close to bathroom window, hence review headline. My stay was only three nights so tolerated that after confirming this was not a problem with other rooms I inspected for my next stay. The offer of a room change was immediate.
Excellent location, right at the center of Kowloon. 1 min walk to Jordan MTR. The street in front has a lot of nice and famous food and deserts. Travel to airport is convenient with A21 almost right at the door step. I cannot say more how convenient it is! The aircon is cold and the room is cozy (but seriously not spacious at all). The staff is very friendly. Overall, good.
I booked a room that is on level 4. But the lift only reaches level 3 and we have to climb stairs (level 4 is reserved for lift motor room). That is a slight inconvenient. The room is small.
Location is near Jordan metro station and airport bus A21.
Room is old and small with oriental design that makes it feel weird and stuffy. Would be better if they can renovate to make it feel brighter.
Service and room: everything we wanted.
Staff was friendly Staff was helpful Location is very central Good ride back into the airport. Bus was punctual and comfortable,
Room was dark. I had to study and the lighting was poor. When I asked for a lamp to get additional light no one could provide one. To their credit though they told me where to go to buy one. Beds are small but standard for Europe and Asia.
As we stayed on the 4th Floor, no lift was accesible directly. The lifts only stop on the 3rd floor.
The room is big for HK and this kind of hotel. The wifi is great. Everything was clean. Good value for money... Suitable for a short stay.
No window in the room. But it's not rare in HK.
There is free washing machine for use. The cable tv have a lot of channels to watch at Night as Hong Kong don't have much night life beside clubbing. The room is big compare to other hotels. The room price is very good.
Location, an easy walk to the Harbour, near Temple Market, Jade Market, parks, and plenty of places to eat. A short walk to Nathan Road, and the bus stop to Bus A21 to the airport, which is the most economical transportation to and from the airport, 33 HKD, but you have to have the coins, or an Octopus card.
The cashier gave me a choice to charge my credit card in HKD or USD. My advise, always choose HKD, the rates are better.
The hotel is easy to find, staff at reception were friendly and efficient. We arrived late and they told us where we could find late-night food. We were only on a stop-over, but suited us fine. The room was (115) was huge by Hong Kong standards.
Nothing - good value for a stop over. Area is a bit gritty, but not threatening.Would probably stay on island if I was staying in HK for any longer.
I like my room..no window but nice..i even overslept. Clean big toilet and shower with tub. Staff are friendly. Convenience store beside hotel.
A bit far from mtr..one staff told me temple street is in mong kok when infact it was just the next street. He also advised me to walk when I asked what bus to take to star ferry..but over all they are friendly and can speak english

Location with variety of good food within the precinct. Friendly staff. Overall, it is value for money considering the high cost for accommodation in HK.
Room is really small. It tends to be noisy at night.
Location is convenient to hop on the airport bus.
The hotel doesn't provide free bottles of water like other hotels do. If the bottle of water was provided, it wasn't indicated clearly.
Very cosy room. Going out easy access either for bus or MRT. Just across the street a lot of food stalls. At the left side of the hotel there are restaurants.
Typhoon on my second day stay.
