Bad smell in the room and not so friendly front desk staff. The room is small.

Excellent location as it is close to MTR Causeway Bay station and next to Times Square. Simple but adequate breakfast that is included in the rate. Free wi-fi and broadband options in the room.

The current construction that is going on just next door. Can be difficult to get a taxi in the later evening.

The hotel was clean and very easy to find. It was a 5 minute walk to the metro & from here you had access to all of Hong Kong. The room was large enough for a couple & quite apart from the city noises which was to be expected. Overall a great hotel & we would stay there again. The staff were very friendly & helped out with directions etc.

The Internet wasn't very reliable & dropped the connection many times. The restaurants in the hotel were very expensive & most did not have any English translations for their menus etc.

The location was fantastic for both my young children and older children. It was so close to the metro and easy to get a taxi. The staff were all friendly and helpful. And the beds- so comfortable!

Breakfast was included with our room but it was a bit skimpy and the staff in that restaurant weren't friendly or attentive, perhaps because they are not part of the hotel. They are are a separate business.

price should be comparable to Best Western (or similar hotels) in the vicinity. should provide coin-opeated laundromat for customer convenience

The Western Breakfast A was pretty grim Needs improving to attract foreign visitors.

The house keeping can be better, not only put towel on the sink instead of the hanger.

1) Location was good - just adjacent Times Square in Causeway Bay where MTR Exit A is. It is also walking distance to tram stops, bus stops especially the stop at Tang Lung Street where you can catch a minibus to Stanley Market. 2) Although basic and unchanging, their plated breakfast meals provided enough to start any busy day in HK - not usual for hotels such as these in HK.

The entrance was too tucked in with not enough signages facing the side streets of Times Square. You had to be in front of the hotel to see its sign which was not where you would usually be coming from the main road. We took the City Flyer from the airport and had difficulty finding the hotel. We had to rely on locating Sharp East Street and walked around Times Square which was a hassle with kids and 4 heavy luggages.

Very close to Times Square and mtr station. Like the bath soap very much. Great bed/pillows.

The room is clean but small. Sofa bed is a good option for family travel. No more than 4 people. The location is good. Right infront the time square. I love it.

The breakfast menu mostly served pork and ham. Which not a good option place to eat for moslem.

extra sofa bed. I took the sofa bed so that my wife and small baby would be more comfy on the queen sized bed. sofa bed area means bigger area as well.

tsim sha tsui area is still better to stay in than causeway... but the shops in causeway can compete at least shopping wise. and the hotel rooms are cheaper

Breakfast was so bad (cold & badly made/poor service/dirty tables) that we didn't go back after the first morning - preferred to pay for 2nd breakfast in alternate location Room wasnt that clean - food on table / slightly grubby bathroom

The Location is right where all the action is - very vibrant & alive at all times. Shopping - lots of options - is next door & the Ocean Park is also a 15 minute cab ride away.

The Express under Holiday Inn chain is popular because of Breakfast Inclusion. But the breakfast inclusion was a farce in this case. There was no buffet - only set MENUs - so no choice & limited food. For Vegetarians, the only menu was 100ml Orange Juice, Fruits - 8 thin Slices, Oatmeal & Tea/ Coffee - with a ttally chaotic breakfast restaurant. Also, 2 days out of 3, Fruit & Oatmeal were finished !!!! But ther were not more than 20-25 Veg. Guests in the entire hotel. They are actually fooling people when they say Rates are Inclusive of Breakfast. This must be one of the worst breakfast across the Holiday Inn Express Brand.
