First of all the information about the hotel as well the pictures should be actual and accurate, the things you are writing inside your web site is far from that The Hotel staff was polite that was the only good think about it. Facilities: Very very poor, the bed wasn’t big enough the toilet-bathroom was liking from every ware and the tap could no been opened, the slippers they provide ware... |

The female room attendant was very hospitable. Reservation services were bad - I got charged extra for another room because the hotel overbooked. And in this suppossedly "more premium" room, there was no electricity on my first night. |

nothing read below, very angry with you and the hotel. it was awful, actually the reception is at a different hotel on the 15th flloor, and then our room was at the 12th floor, another hotel called Lucky hotel. The room was only 3.5m2 with two small beds where i couldnt fit, i'm 1m83. room very wet without window. Also a lot of noise, the reception were listening their music very loudly until very late. |

nothing. very relieving to check out after 1 night scary people and not hospitable. extremly high buildings and a very slow elevator. reception's hard to find. never know if it's the place you'd actually booked. very confusion. not possible to pay with credit card. rubbish- like a garbage dump- outside the windows and quiet scary surrounding |

Too bad experiences that I have never met. All over! The hostel doen't worth my money, the beds are very dirty that I have never seen. Not towls for bath, the bath room crazy tight I even could not closed the door for shower. Everything is bad, very worse. |

It's excellent during my stay in this Guest House.The place are extremely clean and new,staff are really friendly and so kind,he speaks French well^^.And the rooms have Free Internet to use.I will be back on my next visit to HK. There are no deluxe rooms option to book on booking.com.After arriving,you can see their deluxe rooms and you can change to deluxe rooms.There deluxe rooms are really really nice and cheap!!! |

Room was surprisingly quiet. It could have been worse. The location of the reception and the rooms was unclear. There are many hostels in the same building, so it can be confusing. I wasn't confident that I was in the right place until they addressed me by name from my reservation through booking.com. |

det lag centralt. det lag langst upp, ifall det skulle brinna hade jag vag ut. kackerlackan, finns antagligen pa alla hotellen i huset. Det fanns nagon slags ordning men, nathan road detta nummer ar ett sunkig plats. brandsakerheten i hela huset |
