the Nespresso machine in the room, the confort of the bed (excellent), the ambiance in the bedroom, the accessories available such as adapters, ..; so confortable! the check in, it is always a problem, so slow and complicated, it is a moment I really dislike when arriving at Grand Hyatt the queue at taxi, always

As I had businnes at the HKCEC, the location was extremery good. Considering its cost, the facilities are a little bit old especially poor drainage in the bath room.

The splendour of the hotel - it was beautiful. Everything from the grand entrance & foyer to the sumptous breakfasts with incredible range of choices. The best hotel I have ever stayed in - bar none!! The location was also great - overlooking Victoria Harbour across to Kowloon. I liked everything.

Good location,it is perfect for business people. Good breakfast buffet.Staff really helpful and kind. Do not accept payment without a credit card display! Too bad they did not mention it before I got there! First time I encounter with such a requirement. Usually do not travel with credit cards. I had to pay cash!

Staff really helpful and kind Food wonderful Hotel elegant Restoration work in hotel during the day.Trying to sleep to cachtup on jet lag not too good. Building work outside, the sooner the work is completed the better.

Good location, must be perfect for business people. Breakfast was great. Very friendly staff and clean everywhere in hotel. Comfy bed and very quiet, even though some renovation work in hotel, so I could have good sleeps for 3 nights. The room was upgraded to harbour view, night view was ok, but it wasn't great in daytime due to a bit cloudy weather which was pretty normal in HK. Overall, great experience.

1) Location 2) Prompt and attentive service staffs 3) Breakfast buffet 4) Housekeepers staff came by and offered extra things needed in person. 5) In room magazines, books and info. To be honest, we could not find any displeased moment while stay at your hotel. Obviously, there must be some but those were too small things to bring up like, there are some dirty spots on the in room carpet.

It was my best experience on Chinese food in 'one harbour road'. But the lunch fee was too expensive. The Tiffin was too. I cannot recommend this hotel restaurant because of the high costs. But 'one harbobor road' Chinese dishes were excellent for me. Too much costs.

Beautiful room with a view, fabulous breakfast buffet, above average facilities. Internet was an extra charge, ridiculous at the price level for a room here and when wifi is easily supplied; annoying.
