Nothing in this hotel can let me to be happy.

This hotel is very low stander, also the hotel rooms are very smale & it has very bad costomer service from all hotel staff.

I did not like anything, except location. The pricing was not value for money. The staff were rude and not cooperative. No logic was being applied while alloting a room when they knew I was travelling with a child and two seperate beds were given. The rooms were extremely small. I made a mistake coming to guangdong. There is not option to indicate a single bed is required etc while booking.

Good location & near the MTR station

The location was the only saving grace of this hotel. They were also very kind in holding our bags from morning till late afternoon at no charge.

For $200 us dollars this hotel was really, really bad. The beds felt like a wood plank with a plastic cover and the entire floor smelled like the back of a restaurant. The bathroom was visibly dirty and having only one outlet in the entire room proved to be a huge problem as we needed to charge two cameras and cell phones for the next day. Worst of all was that another friend was also staying there and his room was significantly better than ours to the point of looking like it was at another hotel and for the exact same price.

stayed there before, ok hotel, few non-smoking rooms, good location though. decided to stay this time for 3 nights because other hotels were not available. took a while but finally got a double non-smoking room at check in. uneventful first two nights. third day took a nap, got up, felt itchy on hand, thought had mosquito bite. went to shower, felt major itch on back also. discovered upper back and hand were covered with red bumps in linear pattern. called manager on duty, he came looked around, took pictures of my back, he said could be dermatitis because it was quite damp. offered to move me to another room -- smoking room! unfortunately it was late at night, clinics hotel knew had all closed, the next day was sunday, clinics weren't open. was able to see dermatologist couple of days later, was told it was bug bites... though hotel manager claimed they were never able to find any bugs. oh well. be careful.

Some rooms can accommodate extra beds. The hotel is walking distance from the tst station. Hotel is clean and the area is peaceful with lots of affordable restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

The other family who joined us in our hk trip also booked in the hotel. That family was also comprised of 3 adults and 1 child, below 11 years old; therefore, they booked the same room (Superior Double Room) because it can accommodate an extra bed. But when they checked in, they were asked to upgrade to a suite room because according to the hotel staff, an extra bed won't fit in their chosen room. It actually did. I learned about the upgrade after they have paid for the room since we checked in at the same time, attended by different hotel staff.

Resturant shoping & tranportation are very nearby

The location is great for shoping.

The bed is a bit to hard for my taste. It was like a ROCK.

Location , work out facility

Blood stained mattress, non-working tv, poor Internet connection, small room, single bed.

Location, very close proximity to restaurants and shops but off the main street traffic noise. Reasonable sized rooms with bath in en suite. Rooms very tidy each day.

Credit card error by additional billling of a/c of another guest in addition to our a/C. Hotel is arranging correction after emails from us advising error.

Location only.

I have some problem about check out my room...but one of hotel staff do not help me and said please go out from the line cause we busy.

The only person that I liked in Guangdong hotel is Marco. He is the only one who can really assist me the other front desk clerk doesn't know how to communicate well and doesn't know how to help the people.

I don't like their bathroom, its not clean. The front desk clerks doesn't know how to communicate in english.
