The pool was very relaxing and great views. The lounge on 41st floor very enjoyable. The location is too far from Central. The check in was too long, they couldn't find a room with a large bed (queen or king). The room is rather small, it said that it was something like 30 sqm. It was far from it. The view was not that great, at least not from my room. |

Upper floor rooms have great view. Rooms are elegant, but not the most practical e.g. fancy huge bathtub is a struggle to get in and out of, light switch for the bathroom is only by the front door. Desk blocks view. Check-in process too long. Excessive deposit charged. Staff attitude not customer oriented. |

Excellent staff, facilities, and services. Room was fantastic and overall stay was very memorable. Highly recommended. Did not accept my international visa so had to withdraw money from ATM nearby. |

It was my second time to stay in this Hotel. I like it's location not being in hk center but accessible enough to get me where I'd like to go. Hotel is accessible by tram, 2 mins walk to mtr fortress hill station and 5-10 mins taxi to causeway bay. They also have free shuttle to some of hk main points. Surrounded by local restaurants and not the tourist trap hk restaurants around the tourist area. Beds are a bit small. No free breakfast and no free wi-fi. They are claiming to be a business hotel but they charge a high price for wi-fi. Most of the hotels in singapore, vietnam have a free wi-fi already. |

The Hotel is definitly 5 star with 5 star service, it is close to shopping centre via the MTR The breakast selection was awesome, nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We were provided with an upgrade to the Executive floor and also given a late check out to suit our needs. The fees for Internet was way too expensive compared with simular hotels in Hong Kong. We suggest that other guests may stay if the Internet was free for a limited time. |

Everything was excellent!!! Very pleased staff. The upgread to executive room, was the best. I recomend it. Free pass almost everywhere and the best view of Hong Kong from above To have newspapers from around the world and not just from China and Hong Kong. Some people write down about bad location. I do not agree. Good location, peaceful and not so crowdy as down town. By MTR (metro) you are almost ten minutes from everywhere! |

The hotel is in a great posiiton with wonderful views of Hong Kong. The amenities and staff were very helpful and I would stay again at this hotel. I think that the hotel should have umbrellas or shade in the swimming pool area. This was quite strange and many other guests we met made the same comments. |

beautiful habor view, unfortunately it rains most of the days during our stay. My daughter got bitten by some bugs in the room. After I requested for a bedsheet change, the service manager offers to change the room. I did not expect this new hotel would have this kind of problem. He did not offer any compensation other than a small plate of fruit. Due to the room change, we missed some scheduled event and ate at the hotel. |
