the staff were very helpful, very good gym and heated swimming pool. considering the rate and the 5 star for HK standard, the TV was not working all the time, the 24 hour room service was very limited. |

Huge rooms high-ceilings, tranquilly quiet, spectacular harbour views, luxurious decor and furnishings, a real bathroom with seperate bath, and shower. Perfect location near superb local dining, shopping and transport. A true 5 star hotel... The harpist in the spacious lobby lent a divine serenity to a truly magical stay. The only hotel for me. |

Nice clean rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast and resturants fantastic views On checking out there was some confusion for the guests as it was very busy. I would suggest the staff should attend to check in customers and check out customers separately I would further suggest that a staff member be available to guests so they can ask their questions before reaching the counter at these busy time |

View is good, cleanliness of my room is very good, and the staff of this hotel very honest. Yes, on my booking I need a kingsize for bed, but unfortunately I haven't got it. But I can forgive about that, because the hotel is good and comfortable. |

The rooms are large I was woken up and terrorized by the bellmen who insisted he had a delivery to make,in fact he made a mistake and my room was not the room he needed to go to. |

Well trained staffs. Remarkable doorman and bell boys, extremely helpful staffs. Most of the staffs have great command of English and Chinese. Even the Indian doormans speak fluent Cantonese. The buffet was terrible, needed to improve. |

very tastefully decorated, friendly staff. the foyer could have done with some seating as a waiting area. So big but so empty. Though impressive it didn't feel comfortable. |

Concierge staff extremely helpful. Pool very clean. Hotel only open 2 months so everything is new. Hotel blocked 100% of the room charges as security deposit on debit card card payment (phone/minibar!). When I complained, instead of crediting the amount, they debited it again so my card was blocked by the bank. Not amused at all. Front desk resolved problem but at my cost of 30 min phone call to my bank in the UK. |

We got an upgrade which was much appreciated. We were able to check in earlier than expected. The staff were extremely friendly and eager to please. Some engaged us in friendly conversation for half an hour or more. A real highlight was the view from the 41st floor - a truly stunning vista that took in both the island and the mainland. We were the first guests ever to order food in this lofty venue and we sampled most of the delicacies - all fabulous. The hotel is situated in an unimposing area - among the motor shops of North Point - but the setting turned out to be propitious. We felt separated from the jostle of the crowds in the more traditional, "touristy" settings. This ultra-smart, ornately designed hotel became a true holiday haven. We had only two minor complaints - when we arrived they seemed surprised, and for a few minutes it appeared as if they hadn't known we were booked in. Secondly, because the hotel is new, there were more staff in attendance than guests. This felt slightly odd and a little unsettling. Everywhere we turned there was a doorman or staff member ready to fawn over us. We'd have preferred feeling less "special" as this would have allowed us to relax more. |
