Club floor oli ehdottomasti parasta hotellissa. Melkein koko päivän oli jotakin syötävää ja juotavaa saatavilla. Aivan huikeat maisemat. |

Hotelli on hyvällä paikalla ihan meren rannalla. Mukavat maisemat huoneista sataman suuntaan. Hotelli on ihan mukava jos kaipaa luksusta kohtuu hintaan. Pienellä lisä hinnalla pääsee club kerroksiin ( kerrokset 33-40) johon sisältyy kaikkea mukavaa. Meillä oli huone kerroksessa 38. Ihan jees näkymät. Metroasema on noin 300 metrin päässä. Henkilökunta ystävällistä. Aamupala törkeän kallis. Mut club kerrosten hintaa se toki sisältyi. Hissien toiminta ala-arvoista. Tai siis hissejä liian vähän vieraisiin nähden. Aamuisin saattoi joutua odottamaan hissiä jopa 20 min että pääsi ylhäältä ulos. Näin se ei kuulu olla tuon tason hotellissa. Ei tehny mieli kävellä portaita alas kerroksesta 38. Syyksi henkilökunta sanoi että liian moni halusi alas samaan aikaan. Miettiin vain jos jollain sattuu olemaan oikesti kiire ja alas ei pääse. Hotelli ehkä jopa liian luksusta meidän makuun, ei ollu ihan varautunut huippu vaatteilla Thaimaan rantaloman jälkeen. Välillä ihan hävetti kulkea shotseilla ja t-paidalla kun muut oli tyyliin mustat puvut päällä. Mut hotelli muuten kokonaisuutena huippu. |

Everything was excellent!!! Very pleased staff. The upgread to executive room, was the best. I recomend it. Free pass almost everywhere and the best view of Hong Kong from above To have newspapers from around the world and not just from China and Hong Kong. Some people write down about bad location. I do not agree. Good location, peaceful and not so crowdy as down town. By MTR (metro) you are almost ten minutes from everywhere! |

The hotel is in a great posiiton with wonderful views of Hong Kong. The amenities and staff were very helpful and I would stay again at this hotel. I think that the hotel should have umbrellas or shade in the swimming pool area. This was quite strange and many other guests we met made the same comments. |

beautiful habor view, unfortunately it rains most of the days during our stay. My daughter got bitten by some bugs in the room. After I requested for a bedsheet change, the service manager offers to change the room. I did not expect this new hotel would have this kind of problem. He did not offer any compensation other than a small plate of fruit. Due to the room change, we missed some scheduled event and ate at the hotel. |

I like that the hotel is not in Central Hong Kong but very close to it via MTR (5 stops). The area around the hotel is not fully developed so it is interesting. The views of the harbor are great. |

The harbour view from our bedroom window was amazing and we even got a free upgrade so we were on the 32nd floor. Watching the Hong Kong harbour light show from the restaurant on the top floor of the hotel was one of the highlights of the weekend along with the food served there (although a little pricey). I have never been to a hotel with such an extensive breakfast selection, it was fantastic! The hotel food was expensive but that is Hong Kong Island in general. There isn't much around the hotel itself, everything is a metro away (the metro stop was near to the hotel though). |

My husband and i stayed with our 1 year old son for 4 days on our way to Australia and were pleasantly surprised. The reception alone is absolutely gorgeous!!! We stayed in the club rooms which give you access to a private lounge with snacks and drinks. The staff were nothing but helpfull and friendly and when we requested a cot for my son, we actually got a proper wooden cot with bumber and bedding. I can say that it is on the expensive side but all of HK accomodation is. The room service was nice but very very pricey. Location was not in the best side of HK either but a quick ride on the MTR (transport system) into Central HK or even a quick cheap cab ride. |

Fabulous view of sky line from lounge at top. Nice rooms + good service. 500 yard walk to station and 10 min trip to centre or £5 cab ride. The pool is deceptively shallow for a large part of it, so good for kids + chilling, not good for swimming. Poor view unless you're paying higher rates (approx 30% more than lowest advertised). |

Hotels great location, view, room and facilities were exactly as described. Front desk staff were very helpful and attentive. We were disappointed that our rooms were not available when we arrived to check in almost 3 hours after checkin time and there was confusion about our request for non smoking rooms. These issues were all dealt quickly and efficiently. |
