Il ristorante è buono e ben fornito, a pranzo ha un costo giusto, la cena è un po cara circa 40euro, sia pranzo che cena sono a buffet. La posizione non è molto buona. Di fronte c'è una struttura portuale abbandonata riutilizzata come parcheggio, ma veramente brutta. Si trova in oil street!!! Insomma... C'è di meglio a questo prezzo, una camera a 150 euro/notte mi aspettavo decisamente di più. |

Comfort della stanza veramente notevole ed ottima cucina. Prima colazione da favola. Ottima anche la posizione, sia per la veduta sulla baia, sia per gli spostamenti. |

Ho apprezzato il comfort dell'albergo, la pulizia, l'arredamento nuovo e attuale, la vista stupenda, la camera e il bagno grande e di design, la zona fitness nuova e luminosa, il buffet ricco. E' un po costoso, nel senso che la tariffa base è conveniente, ma poi la connessione, la colazione ecc...tutto costa tanto |

This is a 5 star hotel and it certainly lives up to its reputation. A beautiful hotel which was superbly clean and wonderfully comfortable. Even a choice of 12 different types of pillow!! Booking.com was the cheapest rate for this hotel at the time that booked and I was 100% happy. I also used a lot of reviews on different sites for all hotels that I checked on so do have faith in reviews. |

Brand new hotel, "high-tech" gadgets in the room, room design and the most comfortable beds I've slept ever, choice of 12 different pillows (!!), priceless view to the Hong Kong Harbour. No organized activities, LAN or Wi-fi internet is not free. Hotel neighborhood is not so attracive. |

They upgraded our room to a premier executive. It was fantastic. The harbour view was excellent. The staff helped us with our questions. They could have better shuttle service for main locations I think. We could not use it. |

The staff were very pleasant and the rooms were very clean. The lift's were very slow, you could wait up to 10 minutes for a lift to reach your floor only to find them full. Then you had to wait another 5 minutes for another lift to arrive. On average I waited for 3 lifts to arrive before I was able to get in one. The room was very cold and I was unable to turn the heating up as it had been set to 15 degree's. |

Dear Sir/Madam as a matter of fact I am totally upset for what took place to me and my wife in hong kong...i know the booking.com staff are more than honest,but this time bad marks for them . I was told that our stay will cost 8600 hk dollara which is almost 5000 saudi riyals.when I went there I was told that it was 14600 hong kong dollars please please I need an explanation..I Hardly found another hotel because it was the new year in china....that was terrible going around looking for a hotel in a foreign country ..... |

From first to last experience of our stay, the service and facilities of this hotel were first class. We were upgraded initially, and then extended a late check-out due to a delayed flight out of Hong Kong. All done with utmost graciousness. |

the furniture and fittings are of high standards and good quality. hotels staff in general are well trained and of good manner. Excellent work! we have used two hotel rooms but they are in different floors hence not so convenient for a family. Also one of the rooms did not have the supply hot water on the first date of arrival hence not good at the first impression |

hotel was amazing. given an upgrade and suite was very spacious, high spec with everything you would need. breakfasts lovely with loads of choice. outdoor heated pool and plenty of facilites. staff very accomodating and courteous. excellant hotel. |
