Harbour Grand Hong Kong  

バスタブが広くて快適だった。　エレベーター前の客室に宿泊したが、外や隣の部屋の音は全く気にならず、防音設備もしっかりしていた。

客室内のインターネットが有料（確認画面が出ます）ですが、このグレードなら無料にした方がよい。

香港の玉石混交で得たいの知れない奥深さと、パワーに圧倒される街に建ちMTRにも近いのが魅力です。

窓からの眺めは抜群 普段セントラルやTSTから横方向に ハーバーを見ることは多いけれど 縦方向に見渡すハーバーの景色は迫力があります。 円形のバスタブは広くて快適でした

香港に居住しているため、今回の宿泊は旅行ではなく、休日にホテルライフを楽しむため、宿泊料やグレードも- 他の高級ホテルと変わらないこのホテルを選んだのですが、フロントやコンシェルジュのスタッフの対応は、ホ- テルのグレードにまったくふさわしくないひどいものでした。 部屋も、窓からの眺めはいいものの、同じ値段で以前宿泊した九龍サイドのハーバー沿いの某ホテルに比べると- 、狭く感じ、また、ソファはあるけれどテーブルがないので お茶を飲んだり、くつろぎ感がなく、部屋の雰囲気はビジネスホテルに近かったです。 ビジネスや旅行で部屋自体に期待しないのであれば、便利なホテルですが、リラクゼーションを求めるのであれ- ば、お薦めできません。

デラックスハーバービューの部屋に泊まりましたが、適度にスペースがあり、清潔で快適に過ごせました。海が- 見渡せて（方角が悪かったのか、特にキレイで感動するようなものではありませんでしたが）静かで良かったで- す。バスルームがバスタブとシャワーが別々にあり、広くきれいでとても快適でした。変換プラグが部屋に置い- てあって便利でした。ＮＨＫニュースを見ることができたし、二日目から毎朝日経新聞が部屋に届けられました- 。地下鉄駅まで２分くらい、駅前にコンビニやスタバ、果物屋さんがあって便利です。朝食も外で取った方が楽- しいかも。

特にありませんが、従業員の方たちは親切でしたが、システマチックで温かみはありません。

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel would do room service no matter what time we left the hotel (which was always pretty late!) Ordering in-room dining was super fast. Hotel itself is very beautiful from the inside. Comfy bed, great view of the harbour and loved the bath & shower! Complimentary water, every day (and whenever we requested!) Location: Not a plus or minus. We discovered the underground is super fast, cheap and efficient. We were about 4 stops away from central HK Island & getting to Kowloon took no more than 15-20 mins either. I therefore do not think it is too much an issue of where you stay but rather if there is an underground station near by-and for the Grand Harbour, its just down the road!

Room service-though they were fantastic, cleaning no matter the time, the quality of cleaning was just average (Scales on the kettle was not impressive) Not only do you pay for internet in the room but the business centre costs you? The first hotel I have come across that makes you pay to use the internet in the business centre!! Its not on the pier, nor can you walk along side the river etc! I imagined you could from the pics but there is actually quite a bit of (not noisy) construction going on next to the hotel.

We stayed for 3 nights on our way back to uk. The view from the hoel was amazing, and the room luxurious. Can't fault anything. The position was great. Staff were always extremely helpful. Would recommend.

* 5 minutes walking distance to the MTR station * Nearby there is one chinese restaurant located on the 5th floor, selling very good and value for money chinese food. (we only sepent HK60 nett for two person morning dim sum!) * Hotel lobby is so grand and the room is nice and yet hotel rate is reasonable.

* Hotel nearby not so much shopping unlike hotels located at Kowloon.

The hotel was superb in many aspects specially the staff who were very friendly and helpful.The location is close to the metro station and only 2 stops away from times square. The view from the rooms overlooking the harbour was amazing and the breakfast buffet was very good with many varieties although it was the exact same menu for the whole week we spent there The gray line tour operators that can be found at the conceirge desk have excellent programs and delivered evrything they promised in it.I Cannot comapre their prices to other similar operators though since they were the only ones available.

The only 2 things that could have been better are the room size which is rather small (but probably this is how it is in hk looking at the residential high rises around us) , The only other thing was the sports centre!! Apart from the few (cutting edge) treadmills and a bike or 2 there is nt a lot there , none the less the view from the pool overlooking the the harbour was just grand but will stay there again? Absolutely yes

Great views and excellent staff - we were upgraded to huge suite which really made our stay fantastic.

We got a room with a big discount, simply by booking it a few days in advance. Couldn't be happier with the room: million dollar view of the harbour, great bathtub, luxurious bed. Hotel is a bit fancy, but great to enjoy for a few days for a rate you'll get a small room with a view on à brick wall in Europe

There is absolutely nothing to complain about
