Harbour Grand Hong Kong

前回の宿泊で気に入り、今回2回目です。お部屋は清潔で新しくファッショナブル。BEDも心地よく、ぐっす- り眠れました。中華レストランも美味でした。

フロントのスタッフの対応が、non-nativeの私にとって早い英語で、何度も聞き返していると少々イラついているのを感じ、ゆっくり話して- 頂ける配慮がほしかった。

それなりに値段は高いが、ビクトリアハーバーを望めるホテルの中では、最もコストパフォーマンスが良いと思- う。部屋も無料でアップグレードしてもらったが、非常に豪華で満足した。

朝食は今ひとつで東京のシティホテル並み。欧米系料理が中心で中華料理が乏しいことから、欧米人をターゲッ- トにしている様子だが、欧米のホテルよりかなり劣る内容。またクラブフロアに無料アップグレードしてもらっ- たのだが、クラブラウンジは使えないということの事前説明がなかったおかげで、クラブラウンジに出向いてか- らその場で使用を拒否され、ちょっといやな思いをした。

フロントの方の対応も丁寧で、良かったです。海が臨め、居心地の良いホテルだと思いました。

スタッフの対応とてもよかったです。階数も上に急きょ上に変更いただけて嬉しかったです。とても快適な旅に- なりました。また利用したいと思います。

空港についてからシャトルバスを探すのに大変でした。電話もつながらずあわてました。空港内の人に質問しな- がらなんとかシャトルバスを手配し、ホテルに着くことができました。

ルームサービス担当者への教育（挨拶、機転ｅｔｃ）が今一か・・・。

Everything was excellent!!! Very pleased staff. The upgread to executive room, was the best. I recomend it. Free pass almost everywhere and the best view of Hong Kong from above

To have newspapers from around the world and not just from China and Hong Kong. Some people write down about bad location. I do not agree. Good location, peaceful and not so crowdy as down town. By MTR (metro) you are almost ten minutes from everywhere!

Room was clean. Close to Fortress Hill MTR. Decent harbor views.

Staff lacking in personal touch. No one to one service. Only concerned with the bottom line. No warmth in any interactions.

good rooms by HK standards, even the lowest categories. Good design of rooms like the glass window through the bathroom and bathtub

The hotel is in a great posiiton with wonderful views of Hong Kong. The amenities and staff were very helpful and I would stay again at this hotel.

I think that the hotel should have umbrellas or shade in the swimming pool area. This was quite strange and many other guests we met made the same comments.

I like that the hotel is not in Central Hong Kong but very close to it via MTR (5 stops). The area around the hotel is not fully developed so it is interesting. The views of the harbor are great.

My husband and i stayed with our 1 year old son for 4 days on our way to Australia and were pleasantly surprised. The reception alone is absolutely gorgeous!!! We stayed in the club rooms which give you access to a private lounge with snacks and drinks. The staff were nothing but helpfull and friendly and when we requested a cot for my son, we actually got a proper wooden cot with bumber and bedding.

I can say that it is on the expensive side but all of HK accomodation is. The room service was nice but very very pricey. Location was not in the best side of HK either but a quick ride on the MTR (transport system) into Central HK or even a quick cheap cab ride.
