ハーバー グランド カオルーン（香港九龍海逸君綽酒店） (Harbour Grand Kowloon)    

香港へ行く時はこのホテルを利用する事が多いです。近くにジャスコもあり、ちょっとした買い物には便利。周- りにはレストランやカフェもたくさんあります。チムサーチョイまでシャトルバスで15分で行けるので問題あ- りません。

多くの宿泊客がシャトルバスを利用するので、定員オーバーで乗れない場合がある。

health clubの設備が整っており、スタッフもフレンドリー

internetが1日180ドルと有償で非常に高い。 香港のほとんどのホテルはwifiでも無償でサービスしている。 午後3時を過ぎてもルームクリーニングが出来ておらず、フロントに、風呂に入りたいから至急掃除をするよう- に督促しても最終的にはその後30分後に新しいタオルを持ってきたのみ。 5 starのホテルでありながら、内部の家具が貧弱で、wardrobeのドア（ベニヤ板）がまともに閉まら- ない。 香港に1946年から移住しているが、このホテルほど、価格、カテゴリーと実際の部屋調度品、インテリアー- 品質が乖離しているホテルも珍しい。 日本から来る人にはお勧めできない。

清潔感のあるホテルで気持ちよく滞在できましたし、アクセスもよく、あちこち行けて楽しく過ごすことができ- ました。 家族で良き思い出つくりができたようです。

言葉の壁があり、意思疎通がよくできませんでした。日本語の分かるスタッフの方がおられたらもっと楽しい旅- になったと思います。

お盆の時期に高校生の子供達二人と夫婦の四人で一部屋に泊まれることが決め手で使用しました。 いわゆる九龍から香港島、または香港島から九龍を正面に眺めることは出来ない位置にあるホテルではあります- が、海辺にあることもあり、オーシャンビューの部屋からは香港島東部のマンション群の夜景が楽しめます。市- 街地へもホテルがシャトルバスを用意しているので困る程でもありません。食事は月並みですから、朝は兎も角- 夜は外で楽しんだ方が良いかも。メインダイニングからも夜景は綺麗ではありますが。

Excellent rooms, nice facilities and pool. Good location out of the main city for a more relaxing Hong Kong experience, but only 5-10 mins drive by taxi or free shuttle bus to central Kowloon.

Mix up between hotel staff and taxi driver ruined one of our nights in Hong Kong, resulting in being dropped off lost and miles from the location we specified as driver did not speak english. Missed our restaurant reservation, hotel management did not seem to want to take any responsiblity for this, although we put trust in them explaining to taxi driver where we wanted to go. Although the room price is competative, alll other prices are very high for food, drinks, wi-fi, laundry etc (around £100 a week for wi-fi access for example, or around £6 for a bottle of water from mini-bar)

Wifi should be free, even some backpacker hotels have free wifi.

i liked the service the staff the ambience , location . everthing was good.

the one thing i didnt like was the fact wi fi wasnt free . u are a 5 star hotel its only normal wifi should be free . i have stayed in 5 hotels so far and all have been free except habour grand kowloon and harbour grand hk.

Great location, with one of the few outside terrace bars in HK. As this is on a turn in the water there is usually a pleasant breeze, even during the warmest of months. Staff are excellent. Bedrooms and bathrooms also excellent.

Sometimes there is a wait at reception for bill paying / checking in.

The staff, the swimming pool, the price...; Also only 5 mins taxi ride from the station (trains to Guangzhou)

Making the booking through booking.com and getting a room on the Harbour Club floor with service charge, tax and all the Harbour Club benefits included made this an affordable treat. If we'd had to pay for breakfast, wifi, use of the pool and gym and service charge and taxes, it would have been too much.

The Harbour Club Lounge doesn't have much of a view

The view of the harbour was lovely. The shuttle buses to stations was so convenient. The hotel really was lovely.

£4 for a can of soft drink and £5 for a latte in the Corner Cafe was a bit steep

The hotel was very clean and the workers were working very hard

The people are unfriendly and they don't speak English the communication was so poor they never smiled at our faces !!

Nice harbour view from the hotel,shuttle bus from hotel to tsim sha tsui every half hour,nice pool on the roof top.

everything in the room is charged(mini bar/wifi/pay tv),the bathroom is hard to use,old style room.

Great Hotel with perfect views of the Harbor, very courteous treatment and friendly staff.

MTR is not near the hotel so you need to hop on the complementary shuttles, which do tend to get full quite fast, so be there at least 10 minutes before departure time to guarantee a seat. Also the surrounding area is not very interesting to tourists or foreign visitors.

The place was not bad, and the hotel provided bus to take you to two shopping areas only. But there are lots of places to go to using subways or Public buses or taxes.

No transportation from or to the airport. Internet was not free which most of 5 stars hotels offer it for free. I've stayed on the 2nd largest suites, and it was: Not that clean, the carpet had a bad odor like old furniture, the kitchen refrigerator had a very bad smell. At the end my experiance in it as a 5 stars hotel was that great at all especially for the amount of money that I've paid. To be fair, they have offered me another suite but when I've looked at it, it was almost the same condition.

Excellent hotel, very comfortable with attention to detail, very friendly staff, we had a really enjoyable time there.

Cold water in the swimming pool, no free internet available.

The staff were extremely accommodating. We arrived post-cruise at 8:15 am. They had a room ready for us by 10:30am. We left our bags in their care and went on with our day. This is a truly beautiful luxury hotel.

The beds seemed hard but admittedly we still slept well.
