員工的服務意識差點！清潔不夠好！地點對於遊客不方便！

在尺吐寸金的香港，这个酒店简直是城市中的绿洲，对于经常往返于香港，这次的选择让我觉得是最好的一次行程- 。

靠近码头，可以方便坐渡轮感受海港的魅力！

早餐食物的品种挺小气，对不起我付出的价钱！

海边景致不错

Location&roof pool,perfect view..

Staff was very,very bad,like trainees in 2* hotel..none of the services they have provided did not look like in 5* hotel!they are rude and unproffesional,especially on the front desk..be aware that they 'froze' double amount of money,when you check in..also,on check out (which has last more than 30 minutes!) They were changing our bill 3 times, every time they told us they made some mistake and asked for more money!at the end, they took some more money from our credit card,day after we LEFT!very bad experince!

The rooms were spacious, close nearby shops and eateries, but not at the main shopping st not close to MTR.

Too far from the MTR. There is a hotel shuttle bus taking guests to Tsim Sha Chui Station, but to our horror the bus driver made us get off with two young children (2 and 5 years) with a pram, in the middle of the main road with cars around us. It was quite dangerous dodging through traffic to get to the footpath. Would have been more thoughtful if the driver drove to the designated drop off point. Also it was hard to get back to the pick up point, no signage from the hotel. If location is important, this is not a good hotel to choose.

We syed at this hotel over Easter and would thoroughly recommend it. We has a club room whoch was fantastic. The club room was very convenient to our room and the food and service was great. The staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel itself was great. The hotel is a bit out of the way, but the taxis in hk are so cheap and there was always a stream of taxis waiting.

Loved the hotel location, the staff for the most part were extremely efficient and helpful, excellent food, suite done with class, free shuttle to town, restaurants, cafes, fitness centre

Internet service was not free. Room was not ready at 2pm when check in time is 2pm and was told it would be ready by 2pm. Fitness centre rules of restricting use of gym to 14 and over when it should be done on a case by case basis as our 11 year old probably knows more about fitness than your staff/trainers.

The price at the time was good in comparison to other 5 Star Hotels in Kowloon. Despite the location, which is further away from the more trendy shopping areas, the Hotel Shuttle Service was excellent, with very friendly and knowledgeable drivers. Walking distances to Kowloon Bus Services was only 5 minutes when there is a need to travel to other distant parts of Hongkong. Taxis were always available. Excellent service by all their staff.

We thought the cushioning on the King Size Bed was a little too soft. It was not very good for customers with back problems. We travel a lot in the usa, and a few of the major Hotel Chains have adjustable cushioning in their beds.

The view from our room was spectacular. The foyer in hotel was impressive. The shuttle bus service service was very convenient and easy to use. The whole hotel was very clean and the hotel felt 5 star at every stage. Although we didn't use it the hotel pool was great and looked stunning. And our bed was king size and incredibly comfortable.

The food in the hotel was incredibly expensive compared to other options available outside the resort

We chose the hotel for its roof-top pool and location near the Whampoa shopping malls. The shopping area was so-so for a couple of tourists, but there's a free shuttle to Nathan Road every half hour (although it can and does get full, so be on time!). Also, the distance the shuttle covers is walkable and rather enjoyable after dark, so walk along the Promenade at least once! The pool could have been nicer, but the view is nice. We stayed at the Club floor and enjoyed the perks very much. Staff were friendly and helpful, our room was clean and fresh, and we were welcome to the Club lounge even after we had checked out, which was wonderful as we were on a late flight.

The shuttle bus into town could be a little larger, or run a little more often...
