房间比较大。比较干净整洁

酒店客户服务比较不足，对客户需求反应慢，个别服务生因为未得到小费，还态度比较恶劣。

酒店周边环境舒适，可围绕着酒店漫步，吹吹海风，做个安静的自己。

发现卫生间坐厕有污渍。

在尺吐寸金的香港，这个酒店简直是城市中的绿洲，对于经常往返于香港，这次的选择让我觉得是最好的一次行程- 。

靠近码头，可以方便坐渡轮感受海港的魅力！

早餐食物的品种挺小气，对不起我付出的价钱！

I loved everything about this hotel from location, service, facilities and professionalism of staff. An absolutely fabulous place to stay in Hong Kong!!

The location, pool on 21st floor, easy to get out to the shops and friendly staff

I like this hotel because of location and luxury. At First, for location , This hotel is located about 10min. Away from the city.(taxi fee costs 29hkg$) We took free shuttle from hotel. It's very comfortable and we could save money for transportation:)! Secoundly,harbor view from our room was awesome !! Our room was kept clean all the time by house keeping staff.so we felt comfortable.

The position of our room overlooked Hong Kong Harbour - which was magnificent. It was was positioned a little way out but with a free shuttle bus this was not a problem. The use of the Club lounge was good although the internet access was poor and the cost of any scanning etc was high.

We had problems with the plumbing. The toilet overflowed 3 times and the shower once. The duty manager was very slow in recognising that there was a problem and almost accused us of deliberately causing it.

Great harbor views, convenient airport transfer and convenient shuttle bus to main shopping area. Great access to harborside promenade. Superb views. Great pool. Nice mix of restaurants. Very comfortable beds and rooms. Nice family size suite.

Could have had a nicer central lobby bar area for drinks looking at the harbor lights.

The team is great and friendly,the hotel is very nice ,warm and comfortable,and the atmosphere is very relaxing.

food quality must improved as well complementary serviced as free wi fi and some other serviced that should be free while you are staying in 5 stars hotel and pay not little per night at all!

Great hotel with fantastic location. Breakfast hours should have been extended during week-end though. Coming back from a long night out on Friday and Saturday, there should at least be a continental breakfast up to 11.30. Am a hotelier working in a luxury hotel too and our guests really appreciate that we extend such courtesy over the wee-ends. Overall, great staffs and great rooms.

At crunch time during check out, staffs at reception should not exit the guests so rapidly as we feel being pushed out.
