Its isolated. Staff is rude. Rooms are tooo small. I had booked club room, but even that room was just too small. Club lounge timings are too odd (11am to 8pm). No view whatsoever. (Theres nothing like garden view either). No mtr in that region. I had booked for 2 nights, Will never go there again. Many better places in Kwoloon to stay at the price better then this Hotel.

Very clean and new rooms. All bathroom fixtures were very new. Location is not very convenient. It is located in a rather dowdy area in Kowloon and not near to shopping centres

Even the hotel situated distance away from town. The shuttle bus is provided. Was upgraded to a suite due to the hotel was fully booked. Entry to the hotel pool through a constants running waterfall, very inconvenienced. But the pool is beautiful.

Everything was top notch! Great room with lounge area, comfy bed, bathroom was a bit small but very clean and nicely designed. The free minibus service to connection spots in Kowloon is perfect. We could not imagine a better ending of our trip to China/ HK.

As the hotel location is very far from the centre and also not in the main road. One male staff tried really hard to get the taxi for me even there were a few people waiting outside of the hotel. I really appreciated his extra effort. I felt very guilty afterwards as I forgot to give him any tips. HK$1800 + VAT for a night in a single room, in a location of only limited taxis passing by... or you can wait for one hour shuttle bus... hm.

I had a deluxe room on the 19th floor, which had seating area, cooking facilities (if you wanted), Was invited to Managers cocktail party, did not attend as clashed with Fair time Location, location, location - no train, grubby part of town - they provide a shuttle service to train station, but I never quite managed to get one back again so always got taxi back to hotel carpets in passages way, tricky to pull trollies on carpets breakfast not included, for this price it ought to be

I liked the rooms - all new and spacious. The room service was good. The staff at the concierge was very helpful. I stayed on the 17 th floor and the lift worked excellent. Overall a good experience. The location is away from MTR station. The shuttle buses compensated to some extent. However the shuttle buses were closed during the Chinese New Year. Internet should have been made free.

The friendliness of the staff and the welcome. They should have real drinking glasses in the room and not these disgusting plastic goblets. Also the accountants should be better educated. I had substantial mismatches ion my bill. It was settled though finally.

We lived in deluxe suite I guess, the room was really clean, nothing to say about that. The breakfast was okay. The staff is polite. The location is the weak point of this Hotel. It's locted in middle of tyre store, nothing else around, not even a 7 eleven. Free shuttle are available in front of the Hotel every 15 minutes. For the way back you have to take a cab around 40 hkd from Tsim sha Tsui east. Besides the 10% service you have to pay 10% on every meal (breakfast, lunch or dinner). Wifi is really expensive around 120 hkd for 24h, to my point of view this should be free.

Modern design clean tidy Poor staff attitude - free shuttle advertised but not practical when many vistors are staying as quickly full. No help with this service Internet charge should be dropped especially as it is essential for business users Lack of control of rowdy guests

Very convenient to travel around with the complimentary shuttle bus provided by the hotel. It brings us to middle road of Tsim Sha Tsui (a shopping area in Hong Kong) which is right in front of a mtr station. In Hong Kong, most of the places are accessible with the mtr. The shuttle bus is also quite frequent. Most of the hotel workers are very helpful and friendly. The room is clean. The lady worker that was sitting at the entrance of the garden terrace that was a bit rude in replying to us.
