Not that I can think of.
Free shuffle to main part of city, staff helpful.
Price on Weekends is higher than in weekdays.
The pool, shuttle bus services
The rooms were quite nice. i has a nice view on the skyscrapers. The breakfast is pretty good. you can have continental and asian breakfast.
The hotel is overbooked. There are so many travel groups from India and China with huge families. So it's very loud and the breakfast buffet was too crowded and therefore not enjoyable. The location of the hotel is not good. the next metro station is quite far away and the bus system is confusing if you don't speak chinese. the shuttIe for the airport is quite expensive. i think this service should be included.
The price came as a surprise, cheap and nice.
Staffs are very accomodating and its near in kaitak cruise terminal and anywhere to go..
We are couple so i requested a double bed noted on the day of my booking but when were there and gave us our key we just found out that we have 2 single bed..i think they should asked how we preferred for our bed...and we also dont like our view
Best part was connecting bus service to the canton fair. good location market just behind the hotel. though i am a pure vegetarian and difficult to survive in China, but there were pure vegetarian dishes in the hotel menu.
Wifi was not so fast as i thought.
Staff n service was good
Breakfast was not included morning times it difficult to look fr hotels fr Breakfast.it shd hv been in cluded
well trained staff, profeesional. swimming pool is outstanding, big and sparkling.
big hotel but small lobby. only 3 seats in the lobby and few seats at the lift area. too crowdy.
A short taxi ride to Mong Kok metro meant easy access to the whole city.
The swimming pool is overshadowed by the building - no sunshine. People don't use it!
* good price for the money. * close to the bus line. * free shuttle to town.
* price different when booking button is depressed. Price before booking $730 HK per night. After booking, about $850 HK per night plus 10% service charge. I think this is booking company responsibility to let the customer know before hand, and should confront the hotel to keep it promise. * No subway close by.
Very nice and clean hotel and very helpful staff will come back again thanks
Auto upgraded to club floor
3 times prize for one more day
Very comfortable bed (Sealy Beauty Rest - I know because I checked =) Delicious breakfast at a reasonable price (if bought the night before or during check-in breakfast was 30% cheaper) and friendly, helpful staff. Even though this hotel was a bit out of the way, we always got a cab!
Great if you want the facilities of a fancy hotel.
Too far from the main attractions
the location is not good for shopping, hard to get to, hotel has to may add ons to account.
Friendly staff and lots of them
The location is a bit out of the way
Too many people
Hotel is clean and decent, most of the staff are helpful and friendly It's a good hotel for short stays.
The location is a bit far off, and at night not all Taxi driveris are willing to drive up that way from downtown. Surroundings are not great You pay extra for wifi in the room
Huge swimming pool and rarely equipped in hk hotels. Staff act promptly for what you ask for.
room size, cleanliness of the carpet and the fridge in the room kept leaking during my stay. And nothing around, if you aim for shopping, its not your choice.
The shuttle service is handy
The bed was too soft, I was bitten a few times by mostiques in the room.
Wifi is far too expensive - 120 HKD per day and only free (and very limited) in reception
My mini bar was closed as I didn't have a card to charge the extras in case of some... I paid cash and straight away upon arrival, they made me sign a form about services such as what??? If I wasn't allowed to use them... Very unfriendly and not client oriented.
good shuttle bus, good staff
a bit far out from the main shopping areas
difficult to find, far from any MRT station, charged for cleaning room that is extra charge above the nightly stay, charged way too much for internet other hotel in the price range had complementary internet and tried to overcharge for extra device.
