I love the outdoor swimming pool and also the jacuzzi which give a relaxing atmostphere. Also, the staff are quite friendly too It would be better if there is a small table available in the room, which would be more flexible to have some snacks/ light meal. |

A comfortable hotel, with a swimming pool (important in the Hong Kong hot weather), with a connected shopping mall, food court and metro station. A regular (20 minutes intervals) free shuttle to the Nathan Road - main shopping street, sea promenade and subway station. Free wi-fi internet in the nearby J'aime caffee (in the shopping mall). Complimentary newspaper each morning. Welcome fruit. Unavailability of free wi-fi internet connection in the hotel. |

A harbour view of Hong Kong island, with the changing light, the passing boats, the 'skyscrapers-on-a-mountain' back-drop, leaves a lasting impression, and a need to return soon to see the next new building. |

This hotel has a great view of Hong Kong if you can get on the upper floors, still we were on the lower floors and were able to still have a pretty good view. I didn't get a chance to try the restaurant but it looked nice. If you are going out from the Hotel to Hong Kong for the day is to take a taxi to Star Shuttle, about 60HKD, and then take the ferry across. They really pushed for the upgrade to a nicer room, when I had already paid for a suite. I never saw the suite but for the extra $500USD I paid for the week, it must have been a lot worse. The first room they gave us was horrible, it had a really strange layout and was not comfortable. |

Excellent access to all parts of the city, with perfect shuttle services to Kowloon areas. Combined with the K1 bus from main Kowloon station a perfect location |

We liked the efficient, courteous service, the cleanliness and the food in the restaurant. No, although it was a little remote from the city. This was also a benefit, since it was very quiet. |

The shuttle bus was nice and easy way to get to Nathan road and close to ferry piers. Breakfast was good and rich with options. Good location. Hotel staff was little rude and not so sevice oriented. When we were checking in, they sold us a "better" room, than we had booked, with a sea view. The view was poor and we felt a bit robbed, so we changed to another room. The change to another room was no problem and the staff was very helpfull on that matter. |

A 5 star hotel in hong kong with no breakfast included I can pass, but charging 16 us$ per day for internet service is totally ridiculous now days. I consider myself robbed. |

The complimentary shuttle bus in/out of Kowloon. The pool area and gym were very clean with viwes out to the Harbor. The rooms were looking a little tired. The turn down service was sporadic. |

The hotel is very central and convenient with walking access to Ocean Terminal a bonus. The shuttle bus was also very convenient if you didnt want to walk. The 1 bedroom suite room we were allocated was showing signs of wear and tear and needed an upgrade but was still comfortable . |

peaceful room, magnificent view to center of Hong Kong (from the southern side), friendly service, clean everywhere, breakfast buffet was above average didn't take common European debit cards(possibly would have been too good being so far away), too cold air conditioning in dining areas and rooms (draft), |

cleanliness was excellent throughout. The restaurant staff were particularly efficient and genuinely helpful. Our experience of some of the night duty staff (we left at 0515) was less impressive. We felt that the tea and coffee making facilities in the room could be improved. We had a good deal of problems obtaining extra milk and fresh milk seemed impossible to be provided, which we found surprising in a hotel of this quality. |
