Harbour Plaza Metropolis  

Away from hustle and bustle of Nathan Road but free hotel shuttle every 10 mins. Great buffet breakfast, beautiful swimming pool with view of harbour. Enjoyed harbour view from our room

Cost of internet too expensive, flat screen tv on wall would give more room as no room for second suitcase.

Good location, well served by bus from kawloon station

Internet connection was very very bad and not free!!! Many customers claim for that

Once succeeding to get a room with a real (Victoria) harbour and city vista view - at quite a big cost increase - I was as usual very happy with the stay.

As usual the room numbering scheme (some with 5-digits) was confusing....to all residents I believe! A map of the rooms and their view direction would help.

a little bit confusion, when we checked in about 12 midday they said our room were not ready till 2pm ( we booked 2 rooms ), we had lunch and came back by 4pm, our rooms still not ready?? we have to pushed them to make one of our room ready first since our 10hours flight , travelling with young children, we just want to have a rest, anyway thats the only thing, we just need to communicate again and again with hotel staff so they understand what we after, other than that overall, hotel just perfect..

Nice and clean; not noisy Good location

Long wait to check in A/C not working properly; room too cold and could not rgulate temp Patrons could not be adequately accomodated for dinner!!!! Chinese restaurant, as n alternative to buffet, was overpriced, poor service, and also charged for items not requested!!!

Near mtr main station..

Price rate too high. No free internet - one day internet connection for 130 dollars...!!!!!!!!! Hotel locates above a very inactive shopping mall.

Near railway station

Staffs are good and helpfull...but I find it difficult to locate the entrance for the first time. Other think ok.

Beds are smaller than what I was expected.

Convenience, just about 5mins by foot ti HongHom station. Excellent location for business but still look for a break to dine out and shop

Location is great, 1 min walk from Hung Hom train station. Easy to walk to Avenue of Stars, lots of shopping and dining in the area, but this applies to most hotels in Hong Kong, shopping and dining is everywhere. The hotel has a shuttle service, very convenient and fast way to reach Nathan Road. The breakfast buffet was good, very pricey, but good.

Upon arrival we were asked if we wanted to upgrade to a harbour view room including breakfast ( we had to pay extra for that), we agreed but we had to wait too long to get to the room. We didn't like that, but it will be fair to say that we also got free drink vouchers at the restaurant. The room was ok. My biggest complaint is the bed size, we booked this hotel and room type because of the bed size, it should have been European king size, however the bed was only a queen, way too small for us. My husband had to sleep in the living room, which had an expandable sofa bed, but not very comfortable. I would say that for the the price we paid we could have stayed at a more convenient and comfortable hotel. Overall was good, but I would probably seek a different accommodation next time.

Staff Attitudes was poor

It's an impressive hotel, with a great view on Hong Kong island. Busy, but not noisy.

We tried to change our room, in order to get a better view on the skyskrappers, but it was impossible. To many guests:-)
