They upgraded us to a suite room since the floor was under repair & we were going to be out for the whole day. However the noise was too loud, hence we asked for a change in the room which was done immediately. Connected to Hunghom station which has 7-11 store & Starbucks coffee. The hotel shuttle to Kowloon hotel in Tshimshasui is available to & fro upto 2300 hrs in the night & is very convenient. The airport express shuttle K1 stops right at he hotel.

They did not credit my airline miles since it was booked through this website at a promotional rate....which was no where mentioned either on this website or the hotel website. Wi-fi needs to be included with the room rate.

We were on the Harbour Club floor and felt that the extra cost for this facility was well worth the money. We had a beautiful breakfast included each morning - not just continental but full service with an egg station We also had unlimited wine / beer/ cocktails and hot and cold snacks from 6pm to 8pm included each evening. The Harbour Club staff were excellent and very helpful - we stayed 4 nights and they were very friendly and took time to get to know the guests. The best part was the fantastic view from the 20th floor Harbour Club, which also had a large outdoor deck area looking across to Hong Kong. The outdoor swimming pool on the 9th floor was also beautiful. Free shuttle bus to the harbour area also very good - goes every 20 mins

Hotel rooms are very small and I was very disappointed at first with this aspect. Suitcases can be pushed under the bed which does help and the use of the Harbour Club facilities made up for the room size. The description of Harbour View rooms also misleading as view is quite poor from some rooms (side view only gives limited view of Hong Kong).

the hotel provided frequent shuttle bus services to the city area, which really valued-added and gave convenience to shoppers like myself.

Next to Hung Homn Train station. Convenient for traveling back and forth to China. Exercise facility & pool excellent. Inside mall is convenient for meals.

Taxi drivers get this hotel mixed up with another Harbour Plaza near-by.

I love the outdoor swimming pool and also the jacuzzi which give a relaxing atmostphere. Also, the staff are quite friendly too

It would be better if there is a small table available in the room, which would be more flexible to have some snacks/ light meal.
