Nice location. Being in the service industry your main aim is to make the guests as comfortable as applicable. Charging for extra plates and salt does not seem to be hospitable at all. I had booked the harbour facing rooms which promised hair drier on the website but was not available in the room. |

Hotel location is excellent, good services and very reach breakfast! The hotel is very nice and the room was very clean! We've stayed in an apartment, but the bathroom was very small and also the room could be bigger for this type of hotel! |

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. We have a bit of trouble with our room initially and they sorted it out and upgraded us. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The hotel is good value for the money and the staff very attentive. |

Staff very helpful. Breakfast good. A taxi was always available. Only 1 teabag each per day! Some days the service was slow probably due to Christmas. Not enough sofas in the lobby. Bookings.com said panoramic harbour view but only given partial view. |

We have reserved Harbour view room and lived on the 20th floor, where can see Hong Kong island even laser show. The hotel has quite high standards and we have been satisfied a lot with attitude of the staff, big swimming pool, cleanliness of the room. The location of the hotel is convenient for trip on Kowloon side, travelled by MTR can get any district of Hong Kong. On arrival we have been asked to pay higher sum for stay + deposit for laundry, internet/fax services etc in advance. Hotel also has helicopter services, so I would recommend to charge the guests after extras usage in hotel, not beforehand, otherwise it can be huge sum of money reserved on your credit card. |

Very nice staff and general atmosphere. Perfect breakfast buffet. Our room was ok in size for the extra bed needed. We recommend very much this hotel. |
