Die Ausstattung der Zimmer war sehr geschmackvoll, auszerdem ist die erreichbarkeit mit der Buslinie E34 optimal da das Hotel direkt bei der Endstation der Buslinie liegt.

Internetzugang nur ueber 2 computer im Eingangsbereich, fuer das ganze Hotel zuwenig, die Computer waren staendig besetzt.

The location was good very close to a mall, so able to find everything we needed, restaurants/fast food outlets/pharmacy/atm.

We arrived after 11pm at night and there was only one girl on reception who appeared to be very good, however, this was not so. We had booked 3 rooms for a party of 5. One of our friends was on her own and the receptionist put her on a floor away from the other 2 rooms, and gave her 2 card keys. My husband and myself were only given one card key which didnt work and we had to be let into the room by a maintenance guy. We phoned reception and were told to call in the next day for a key that worked, which wasnt much good because we were only staying one night. We had to walk across a park area to reach our room as there are 2 towers, not good after a long flight and we were all tired. I would never stay at this hotel again,

Our stay made us relax and very convenient to the place where my sister lives and access to any shopping center

The unpolite shuttle bus driver should have the courtesy specially to tourist like us Filipinos. We value courtesy!

Everything very good for this hotel except the location was a bit far from city. But the transport system was efficient in Hong Kong and it's easy travelling by train to and from the hotel. All staff friendly and helpful and good hotel facilities.

Very clean room, friendly staff, excellent service

Staff was friendly, the room is neat. however, i requested online during booking that i wanted a non-smoking room and 2 separate beds, when i checked in at 5pm, the room was not ready. we waited about 15 minutes before we could get the room we wanted.

Harbour Plaza Resort City is a very comfortable hotel. The rooms are large, well equipped, spotlessly clean and quiet. The pool is fabulous. Even though it is about 45 minutes from Hong Kong Central, the transport system is literally at the front door. Highly recommend.

The lack of available in-house restaurant service. There is a buffet but only at the weekend.

The infrastructure in the area. Transportation which was nearby. The staff was professional and friendly.

The water in the shower. There seems to be a very high level of chorine in the water.

staffs were very helpful, facilities good but very very far from the city. so seven though good hotel for the price but stress to return back to hotel late and pay a lot for transportation. hotel shuttle bus do not run frequently and they pay for you and do not run at all during night time...............

From the reservation with Booking.com until the check-out everything went smooth and as expected! All staff very helpful and very professional; this time (with a special offer, the hotel shuttle to the airport was included and late check-out until 15.00 provided).

The room was very clean and the staff were very pleasant and he;pful.

The bed was very hard - but hardly noticed due to being extremely tired. I would not sleep there again for more than one night though. It is also located quite a distance from the major tourist spots in the city.
