Location! Many restaurants around.
No net work supplied unless pay hkd.120 Per day, wi-fi only on lobby after consum in their Restaurant. Always Cloudy in lobby and lift with huge groups.quite noise as well. May be it was the high season while I stay there?
overall is excellent.
Staff are friendly and helpful.
No internet connection in the hotel room
Over all is okay !
Morning time the crewers are crying for cleaning & laundry ! So terrible !
The staff were very friendly and accomodating. Our room was clean and spacious. The place was peaceful and quiet, perfect for taking a rest after a tiring day in the city. It was far from all the hk happenings but getting to and from the hotel was easy with the bus terminal right beside the hotel. Love the place!
price and size of room.
Location a bit far away from metropolitan areas; but that's what we get for the price. If the shuttle can be cheaper would be a lot more helpful.
There are restaurants/shopping in the compound, good convenience/location for travelers visit the NT
Charge of service fees is too high
The staff in the lobby is really helpfule. One staff at the bar area helped me to store my ice cream moon cack ;)
Many mainland china travellers are rude, n they speak out loud even in the morning at the corridor
Location is not bad , check in time is so fast , room cleaning is ok , very polite for the hotel staffs .
Morning to press door bell to ask you collet the clothes for washing !
nice swimming pool
but the staff at the pool wasnt smart enough as he stopped me from taking photo of the full moon
Comfort, tidy and clean. Price is reasonable.
Very helpful and polite staff. Lovely room. OK price Great location for access to shops. Easy to get to /from, once you know how ! 20 mins to Hung Hom via light rail and Metro. A better map showing various ways of getting there on the website, and even at shuttle desk, would help a lot.
Communication /costs: Charge for internet access $HK120 per day, $HK 500 deposit for calls from room. Discovered business suite internet access is a better deal, public phone ditto. Neither option was suggested by reception. Found out later from a porter. Also: Airport shuttle desk person told me that airport bus would drop me 10 mins from hotel so shuttle was bext deal. Not true. Cost me 85HK$ extra to take shuttle. Bus stops 2 mins walk away.Transfer from Metro takes 1 min. Staff at Terminal 2 desk C15 told me no shuttle or bus to this location from there. Missed shuttle and had to wait 2 hours for the next. It actually did depart from there, 50 m. away from that desk. Hotel shld ensure honest & correct info. is held by airport coach information staff.
- large comfy bed - nice view from 25th floor - big fridge - shopping mall/restaurants very close
- no wifi - internet via cable did not work
very clean and hospitable. Service & staff good. Very close to MTR which we used a lot and was very easy.
A little too far for where we would like to have been, but very good for a first experience.
Great public transport link to the city, attractions and airport. Very clean room and friendly staff.
No free internet connection or wifi anywhere in the hotel. Not enough loungers by the pool.
Very Clean Nice staff
Very far from the airport and the night life of HK
everything are good.
All is ok except for wi fi
Convenience for business
Could improve wi fi facilities
Good location, team right outside hotel, Shopping center and restaurant next to hotel. Room was big, I stayed there on my own, i had a fridge, microwave, even a Cooking hop. My friends n family all in that area, So it's the easier choice for me. Staff can speak good English. Only down side was the hotel filled with tourist From mainland china .
Internet faculties not good at all, No wifi in the room. Not even lobby
Toillet not clean, tattered furniture, no free wifi in the room
Location near working area. Have shopping mall near hotel.
management poor. Hard bed, low pillow. If u pay HKD 1000, better stay at Holiday inn.
the swimming pool rooms were comfortable, especially travelling with young children having the ability to have interleading rooms was good.
no room service pillows were not comfortable
Good sized rooms for Hong Kong. Excellent location for those who do not need/want to stay in town.
Lots of odd things happened, mainly to do with the swimming pool! First, on the first occasion I used it I was warmly welcomed as I signed in. On the second occasion, they demanded to see my room key and made me feel like I shouldn't be there. Second, a young mother was taking a picture of her very cute little daughter in the pool. There was no-one else around or in the photo. The staff came rushing over and demanded that she put the camera away as photography was 'illegal'. Some time later my husband took a photo of the empty pool as the sun set. This prompted the same reaction - a very aggressive staff member demanding that the camera should not be used. I can understand if other people's privacy is compromised but this was not true on either occasion. Surely some common sense would be useful. The third thumbs down for the pool was the in-pool spa. It only operated a couple of times a day for 2 hours and cannot be turned on and off as needed by swimmers. This is patently ridiculous as not everyone can use the pool at specific times. Surely a timed 15 or 30 minute spa would be better and probably more cost effective. Whoever manages the pool needs to have a few lessons in keeping customers happy.
