酒店的前台招待服务态度冷冷的 在电梯里见面也不主动打招呼 直接别过眼 有点被看低的感觉 相反整理房间的服务阿姨倒是每一次都对我笑

房間寬敞

我的房間很嘈, 可能是位於電梯後面的關係, 以致我整個晚上都無法入睡, 好像身處火車上一樣. 浴缸又滲漏, 設施又比較舊.

電視比較舊，沒有免費的wifi，其他還好。

性价比较高。房间大，周边景观开扬，空气好。虽然离市区1小时大巴车程，但交通还算方便。服务态度非常好。-

除了酒店前台人员服务较细外，真的没啥优点，真的。

Ideal for people working in New Territories.

Very clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Yuen Long was close to my relatives, so it was a good location for me. If you are going to hk for shopping, might wana choose another location that is more centralised.

It was flooded with guests from mainland China at a few points of my stay, like Sat night late check in. Might want to look at peak crowd management - I couldn't even use the lift as they were all jam packed with eager people to rush to their rooms.

Nice clean rooms and big comparing with other hotels in Hong Kong. Stuff is friendly and helpful. I liked everything in this hotel.

Maybe only one thing i didnt like, that is a bit far from the centre. But by light trail+metro u can getthere in 35-40 minutes.

The hotel is located pretty far away from the bustle of the city life and thats one of the reasons I chose this one for the eve of Valentine's day. This is in a laid back place but connected to a fairly large mall and you have everything that you need nearby. Getting to the city takes about an hour and there is also a free shuttle bus for hotel customers.

Generally everything is good; the tv is a bit old, but room is spacious, clean and comfrtable; especially credits to the friendly staffs; pillow too soft, sore neck,

The 2012 International Conference on Government, Law and Culture was held in the hotel. The cultural environments of the hotel and its surroundings are friendly and very peaceful.

1. There is no free internet. 2. There is no free shuttle. I paid 100 HKD for the bus. 3. There was no heater in the first room I was assigned to, which was in 27th floor. It was extremely could and I had to move my belongings to another tower without any help from the staff who kept watching me!!. 4. Service charges are worse than paying taxes in the US or Europe: They are very much high!!
