The staff reception are all very well accomodating. I can tell as soon as I enter the lobby with bags on my hands. The housekeeper did a fantastic job keeping my room very clean everyday. The complimentary breakfast buffet is also a plus staying in the hotel. Some walk from mrt station. |

Room was clean and efficient. Harbour view from room was great! No front lobby drive way - difficult when travelling with a lot of luggage. |

The staff were friendly and the location excellent for exploring Hong Kong Island as well as Kowloon (only 2 minutes walk to the ferry and 5-10 minutes walk to the MTR ). From the outside the hotel looks much less impressive than the 5 star hotels all around but our room was very clean., modern and had an amazing view of the harbour. It was excellent value for money. |

The view of Victoria Harbour and Kowloon was great. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet very much. The AC in the breakfast room was too cold for us. |

Breakfast The rooms are very small, the bathroom especially. The view is nothing to publicize the information, moreover, when we put ourselves in a room that only had a view of a window, we had to claim to have put us in the room that we had booked. Transport is very far. The elevators take a lot of time and front desk staff is unfriendly. Internet services are very expensive. For a four-star hotel falls far short of expectations. Not recommend. |

The hotel is clean with most of the amenities we need. There is no iron and board. The location is a little bit far away from the MTR station. |

Spacious comfortable modern room with harbour view. Bathroom tiny but brand new and well equipped. Useful extras including Internet cable and bathroom scales. Excellent helpful service. Well situated at short taxi drive from Central station and airport express train. The entrance and foyer are deceptively bland and functional: the quality of the room came as a welcome surprise. |

The view of the harbour - though I had to pay extra for that, and in any case it was quite limited - in my first room, the view was mostly blocked by a huge wall of the building next door - only when I protested did they give me a (slightly) better room The exorbitantly expensive charges for use of internet: 30 HK$ for 15 minutes (I just came from mainland China, where internet is FREE in virtually every hotel!) I think it is outrageous in this day and age that they rip you off with internet charges! And, for a 4-star hotel, the bed was extremely uncomfortable - hard as rock, in fact |

the buffet breakfast is good and the restaurant staff are friendly and helpful. We were very disappointed with services provided by the hotel for transportation of our family members (10 pax) to the airport at the charge of HKD900. Not only that the bus arrived 40 minutes late, we were also taken to the wrong terminal. It took the driver some time before he could admit that he was at fault. Since our parents are in their 80s needing wheelchair, we experienced much inconvenience and nearly missed the filight. |

Convenient location - about a 7 minute walk to Wan Chai metro near a number of coffee shops & small restaurants, incl. Starbucks (a necessity for me!). Hotel and room are very clean & well-maintained - though like most Hong Kong rooms, quite small, with minimal luggage storage. Private and compact 3-pc bath area with great rainhead shower in clear glass stall. As in most Chinese hotels, the bed is very firm. The harbour view to Kowloon is excellent, particularly at night. Would definitely stay again. |

The location is excellent. Short walk to MRT. The upgraded bathroom fixtures make the stay comfortable. Only have partial harborview in the room. Small bathroom but adequate. |

Well, guys, it's all about location. Wan Chai is a vibrant central district with easy access to all other parts of the city. The hotel is near to subway station and ferry terminal. The breakfast is marvelous! The view onto the harbour is not worth paying extra: it is obscured by a dull prizm-shaped window. Huge deposit stays frozen for 3d week after I left the hotel. Nice business, for the hotel, huh? |

good location and view off the harbour, there are more luxury hotels, but this is clean, staff helpful, comfortable. near to metro and starr ferry, all walking distance few minutes. shame did not have pool, |

Hotel with all amenities. Rooms comfortable, clean and big. Breakfast buffet excellent - you should try to get it included when doing the room's online reservation (value) as it might be rather expensive if you pick it seperately upon arrival. Internet (at least wireless) is not included - a bit poor for a 4-star-hotel. |

Good value for money and centrally located I wanted to re-use my towels and so put them on the rail (as suggested on your notice) but they were replaced with clean ones anyway.Also the shower cap was thrown away by cleaning staff, which was also wasteful. |
