Fantastic Service. Staff were ALL so polite and extremely helpful. We did not come across one person who was reluctant in any way to help us. They were all great. Hotel Restaurant was convenient and reasonably priced. Food quality and variety was good. Rooms are very small. Had I realised how small, I would have booked a twin + single instead of a triple, but, this is a minor thing and did not effect the quality or enjoyment of our stay at all. |

The restaurant served excellent fairly priced dinners. The staff was nice and helpful. The athmosphere was relaxed and casual. There are no facilities such as spa or pool which is reflected in the price. |

The nice vieuw over Victoria Harbour from the room, The very friendly staff, The location close to city and public transport. The price 450HKD that was shown on the booking and we thought we had got was not true and the price changed for each day while we thougt we had a fixed price for the booked period. |

The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet was really good. It is in a good location for Hong Kong Island. The beds were quite hard. Maybe softer matresses or a cushiony pad on top would make the beds much more comfortable. |

The prompt and willing helping attitude of the staff was praiseworthy.The view of the harbour was awesome from the room window. The complimentry water bottle supply was inadequate for a couple as only one bottle was kept for a day and no fruits were kept on day one of the arrival. |

I liked the restaurant, both quality and range of foods, very much. I was also impressed with the friendliness of the staff. The rooms (mine was a double with harbour views\0 are not exactly spacious, but they are reasobaly equipped and meticulaously cleaned. Great value for money. There is no bar! |

The Harbourview is a good hotel. Reasonable price, clean and spacious rooms. It's located in WanChai, 10 minutes walk from the mrt station. They didn't provide free internet connection and the internet charges are extremely high: 3usd for 15 minutes. |

The staff is excellent. Excellent sensibilities about service, excellent resourcefulness and follow-through, excellent English skills. Good hiring & training. Our wedding party had several situations that needed in-depth attention, and it was handled exceptionally well. The property is old, there is no lobby or lounge, the rooms are not well furnished, the carpets need steam cleaning, and the bathrooms old and tiny. Also, the name is often confused with the nearby Renaissance Harbourview, a 5-star property. That's how we landed here. |

This Hotel is really good! the Location of this Hotel is absolutely perfect, you walk like 7 minutes to the metro station Wan Chai which is a nice area for the evening and shopping etc. You can take from there as well the tin tin (tram) and drive for 2 HKDollor to the center and to other locations. We had no Harbour view but that's what we choose in advance, so you see only walls/high buildings.If you want to have a nice view you have to pay more and choose for it. Breakfast was really good and also the nice Japanese Dinner. Once we went outside late (after noon) and said that there is no room cleaning necessary. But when we came back later, they still cleaned the room - even we said no. That was a nice surprise as well. |
