It was close to the exhibition centre. It was definitely not 4-star and charged the high price because of the exhibition. The room was small and not harbourview! Rather backyard view!

Friendly staff, very efficient, good location, very easily accessible from shuttle bus from airport express train terminus (last stop, convention centre). Good view of harbour from room. Cost of internet - relatively expensive and for no reason. Pillows had some kind of protector inside and were most uncomfortable, cover slipped off! - again no reason for this, but spoilt the stay.

The buffet breakfast was very good. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I booked the Premier room which ended up being a basic room with a rather small flat screen television. For the price I paid, I didn't think I got value for money.

the breakfast and the fact that a room with a view to the harbour really worths the money especially for New Year's eve fireworks the room and the bathroom too small for a normal person, the lack of proactivity of the reception personnel - in 4 days of staying there I could not see a smile on their faces

The Harbourview was well located for us as we were attending a wedding across the road. The staff were friendly and helpful. Harbour view room was very pleasant (not luxurious but not a shoebox either). All round, a very good price for a small but clean 'room with a view' and well located. Main complaint was one night we had very noisy neighbours and this kept us awake a good part of the night and the other complaint was that the bed was rock hard. However, on speaking to a relationship manager in the foyer prior to our departure, he told me we could have had a 'soft top' put on the bed which I hadn't seen mentioned anywhere in the literature.

City view was perfect. Very good location. Very close to citycenter, to MRT station, to ferry pier. Rooms are comfortable. Bathroom is really very small, but very convinient, we do not fell any discomfort while use it. First we took premier room, not premier room with harbourview. We could' not stay in this room, it was horrible. Opposite our window stone wall was located, very close to the window. We even did not see rain and sun rays. It was like room without windows at all. We have to change our room to premier room with harborview and pay some extra money.

overall stay was quite pleasant. hotel is conveniently located 6-7mins walk to wanchai mtr and has a nice view of the harbour. room is quite spacious considering normal hk room standard and so good value for money. reception staff had this strict looking expressionless face which seems typical of hk front service desk staff. i guess due to the stress and unhappiness of the rising standard of living there. anyway an exception was the excellent service of the concierge staff especially those handling the baggage. i left an item on the counter before i caught the bus to the airport. i managed to contact the concierge people who ever so kindly arrange for my item to be delivered to the airport on the next bus and i managed to pick it up from the bus counter at the type. So kudos to them and really appreciate their effort in delivering my item back to me. thanks again.

The location above all is the biggest appeal, with the Wanchai MTR station just 5 minutes away. It is also a short cab ride away from the Airport Express Hong Kong Station. Not exactly a high-end, all decked out luxurious hotel, but it is highly appropriate for people in Hong Kong for business. The price is also very attractive. The receptionist/concierge could use a little improvement on their English.

Location, cleanliness, room with good bath and security locker, good conditioning. Subway is close enough. Nightlife around the hotel. Noise in corridors, noise behind the window (conditioners buzz all night). High fees for the wi-fi internet. Technical issues with wi-fi connectivity. Food for breakfast is not tasty and limited. Weird order of bringing the check with money amount for every breakfast for signature, even if breakfast is prepaid - you feel like they gonna charge you for the breakfast twice.

My main reason I chose this hotel was location, ease of booking tour around city, value and basing on other people's good review of the hotel. The staff was very courteous and spoke decent english, lobby and rooms were very clean, breakfast buffet was excellent considering it is free. I did not expect a lot basing on the price I paid but I was very surprised on how nice an experience we had. Hotel Concierge was great helping us getting transportation, information and even umbrellas on rainy day. Highly recommended for budget conscious people who are looking for a clean nice place to stay Lacking facilities like a swimming pool, rooms are very small but I think base on hongkong standard it is pretty decent. No free Wifi and slow wifi on the lobby

The Location is excellent and very convenient to take public transport. The rooms are clean and spacious. The view from the room is zero. If need a good view must pay higher and choose the sea-view rooms.

Location was the best we could expect. We've got a room on the 18th floor number 18.The view was fantastic!!! If you have a chance, choose rooms 18 on any upper floors - the hole panorama of both Hong Kong and Kowloon islands will be at your disposal. Wi-Fi is not free (except Mezz Floor from 3p.m. till 11p.m., but only when you order some drinks)

Location is excellent for the conference centre. 3 min walk from door to door. For business the hotel was basic and should offer free broadband in the rooms as the rates were too high for 1 hr or 4 hrs.Breakfast was very basic and expensive for what was on offer.

The location was good. The room, though small, but was very neat, compact and comfortable. The staff was generally good and helpful. It was also value for money. On a scale of 1 - 10, I would give it 8! The only "dislike" was after I checked-in, there was no one to help me with my luggage until I almost reached lobby. But luckily I only had one luggage that was not too heavy.

With this price to have this value hotel facilities and location, plus the traffic and amenities are within minutes in this area, that is the very best to my concerns. I will make it as my next trip hotel in the future.

Fabulous views towards Central & Kowloon if you pay for a harbour-side room. Good breakfast. Very clean hotel and rooms. Location is perfect for the conference/exhibition centre. Staff are generally helpful. Close enough to Wanchai ferry terminal, but underground station is a bit of a walk. Internet access is expensive. General facilities are limited. Hotel decor is good, but looks a bit (80's) dated. Standard of English amongst staff is very low.

Breakfast was ok. Hotel was within walking distance of a really good Indian food restaurant (Jojo's) but had to wade thru many prostitutes hanging on street... Small room. Gave my husband and I twin beds for some reason and we were just too tired from travel to exchange room....beds were so hard and uncomfortable. Asked for premium room and got standard quality. No excersize facility. No outlets to charge phone, laptop coffee maker etc. I finally had to call to get a power strip so my husband and I could charge our laptops and phones! View subpar as we had it blocked by a bright blinking ing neon sign. Bathroom was so small: One could brush teeth, use toilet and practically shower at same time. Photos on line really distorted...Would really not recommend.

The hotel location is awesome, all the nice market places n malls were at convinient distance . But the premier room as shown in the pictures is definitely smaller. The hotel was clean otherwise and housekeeping department was very efficient. I would overall say a good experience , just keeping the room aside. The room and bathrooms very small. Go for the execurtive room instead
