紅磡海逸酒店

到達酒店時才被告知預訂的房間類型已滿，但酒店服務非常周到，把房間等級升一級為“商務套房”，房價側照原- 來房間的等級，完全不需額外付任何費用。房間寬敞，佈置華美，空間感強，令遊客身心放鬆，盡情休息。最令我- 滿意的是迅速又人性化的酒店管理系統，令旅客有十分尊榮的感受。

Quiet, clean & efficient

It fully deserves its prospective 5 star rating; hopefully it will not introduce inflated prices; price /quality ratio is very good as it is. Staff (responsiveness, service orientation), interior design, facilities (including bars and restaurants) and location are all excellent.

The hall on arriving is very impressive. The staff is very professional and polite, trying to make all what they can to satisfy you.

The location is not the greatest in Hong Kong, even if the ferry pier nearby is quite useful, and the taxis in city anyway. The harbour view we paid for was Ok but not as excellent it coul have been. We had a view on the Kai Tak side, which is still impressive but far from being as beautiful as it coul be when you are facing Central on Hong Kong island. The rooms are of very good standard, but still common and so slightly disappointing. I say this because once you have been through the entrance hall which is very impressive and classy you expect something "surprising" but you just get a clean and nice hotel room (which is not so bad anyway).

Although the internet is free in the Club lounge, if they could extend the free internet to the Club rooms there would be no need to take laptops to the lounge and that would make it perfect.

Harbour Plaza Hong Kong was a lovely hotel. I paid for an upgrade for a room with a seaview and the view was beautiful. The staff was excellent; spoke good English and very courteous and helpful at all times. The location was very good especially as the hotel provided a shuttle bus to Shim Sha Tsui. I would stay there again if I can afford it.

The only downside for us was the cost. We paid approx £120.00 for a room with a seaview. We also found the hotel slightly tight on the toiletries.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel is very smart and impressive in the public areas and the rooms are well appointed and immaculately clean. We had a superb view over the harbour and the view from the rooftop pool terrace is fantastic.

My wife would have liked an iron and ironing board in the room.

Everything! It was real luxury with very friendly and attentive staff. The room was fantastic with amazing views of the harbour, a huge bed, and beautiful bathroom. No faults at all.
